With a fully fenced backyard, a sunny deck, a cozy gas fireplace, and a chef-worthy kitchen, it's an ideal home base for a family vacation in every season.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 9 if children are included. It cannot host more than 7 adults over the age of 13. Parking for 3 vehicles - there is room for 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. This applies 24/7.

At the heart of the home is a welcoming upstairs great room where everyone naturally gathers — settle in by the glowing gas fireplace with a good book, put on a movie on the big-screen TV, or pull out the board games for a night of laughter around the coffee table. We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Maximum of 7 people over the age of 13 permitted at all times
• This home does not have air conditioning.
