Property Manager

The Property Manager at RnR Vacation Rentals serves as a liaison for homeowner accounts, ensuring successful VHR operations and maintaining strong owner relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing home upkeep, working with maintenance, housekeeping, and guest service teams, and outside vendors on behalf of a portfolio of homes and their owners. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and industry tech experience are required. Microsoft Office/Google Drive/Task Management experience is a must, with knowledge of Property Management Systems, Breezeway, Noise Aware, Lynx, and Key Data as a plus. Working as a team and building lasting relationships within and outside the company ensures success in this position.

Field Services Technician

The Field Services Technician helps ensure that our homes earn 5-star guest reviews through meticulous departure inspections, performing light maintenance and repairs, and coordinating rapid response with our guest services, housekeeping and property management teams. During the guest stay, your role is to respond to guest requests and ensure any issue with the operation of the home is resolved. You will be responsible for monitoring homes for maximum occupancy, noise, and compliance with other rules specified by the City and County. Upon check-out, you will review the condition of the home to identify missing, damaged, or excessively dirty items. You will grade the checkout, and report and/or resolve issues in the home before the next guest checks in. The job requires an understanding of quality hospitality, technology, rapid communication, teamwork, and responsiveness.
