PRE ONBOARDING NOTES:
This home just passed their fire inspection and received their STR Permit today (10/21/2025), so OB will need to make sure the Exterior sign is added to the exterior of the home as soon as possible. VHR-3 (Annette) informed Roberta and I that the VHR enforcement is writing citations to the owners if the signage is not added to the home with 3 days of receiving the STR Permit. This home will not need to have any Onboarding activity until January. The owners hired a contractor to repair the subfloor on the second floor. OB is welcome to contact the owners for access to the home to WALK / VIEW the home and complete Facilities check. This family has children enrolled in the Heavenly Ski Team, so this winter they will be using on the weekends. After Ski Season 2025/2026 we will have full access. The family intends to purchase a larger home next summer in South Lake Tahoe and keep this home for a VHR Rental full time with RnR. This home still needs to decide what the beds set up will be in bedroom #3. They have a large family, so they want to accommodate the Permit with the extra beds for children.
