• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
