Amazing staying here for this beautiful home I would recommend to anyone looking to come here it’s in the middle of everything !

We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe condo and would definitely book it again! The recent remodel makes it feel both chic and cozy. The layout worked well for our family—the loft bedroom upstairs for us, and the fold-out couch downstairs for the kids (which was actually very comfortable!).The location is unbeatable. Being right on the water with a private beach just steps away was such a treat. For skiing, it’s a quick 5-minute drive to the Heavenly California base, but we also really appreciated that the Heavenly shuttle stops right outside the main building. We were able to walk to downtown easily, and having Whole Foods right across the street made grocery runs super convenient.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home. We also really appreciated the pack-and-play provided—our baby slept great! After a day on the mountain, the heated pool and hot tub were the perfect way to wind down. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing Tahoe getaway!

We stayed here for 4 nights with another couple, and the space worked out even better than expected. My partner and I took the lofted bedroom upstairs, which had a very comfortable king bed and its own little vanity area that made getting ready easier. Our friends slept on the sofa bed downstairs and said it was surprisingly supportive for a pullout, definitely better than most we’ve experienced in rentals.The condo itself feels newly renovated, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts and snacks, and the appliances worked perfectly. We loved unwinding in the evenings by the gas fireplace, it warms up the space quickly and adds to the cozy feel. The balcony became our go-to spot in the mornings with coffee, with a nice view of the pool and mountains.The location was one of the biggest highlights. We were able to walk to grocery stores (Whole Foods was extremely convenient), restaurants, and even the casinos. The Lakeland Village amenities were a huge perk, we used the hot tub and sauna every night, and the lakeside firepit was a great place to relax and look out at the lake after sunset. Everything felt peaceful and safe.A few small, helpful notes for future guests:• The building was quiet during our stay, even with neighbors around.• The thermostat and A/C split unit worked really well, especially keeping the loft cool at night.• Wi-Fi was strong enough for streaming and working for both couples without any issues.The free Lake Link ride service was very convenient, and the Heavenly shuttle stop was just a short walk away. Parking was easy, and the property is well-kept and easy to navigate.Overall, this condo was the perfect home base for our group. Comfortable, clean, well-located, and stocked with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe.

This is a perfect place to stay. The wife and I had a great time in Tahoe and this was a great location. Walking distance to the beach, state line and chair lifts. Plenty of space and easy to check in and out. We would highly recommend this as a home base for your next visit to Tahoe.

The location was truly great! Not only was the condo right on the lakeshore with a dock (a huge bonus!), but it offered amazing convenience for transportation. The Heavenly shuttle bus and city bus stops were literally right next door, making it super easy to get around without driving. The dining and entertainment options at the state line were less than a 5-minute rideshare trip away and also within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient. The place was fully stocked, clean and cozy, providing a truly comforting haven after a day of activities. We also took full advantage of the hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind in the evenings
