The home features an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the fully equipped gourmet kitchen to the grand living area. The living room has three large leather sofas and two dining tables, with a gas fireplace and 70" TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a Frigidaire fridge and a KitchenAid professional-grade stove/range with hood, granite countertops, two standard-size dishwashers, and bar sink. Dining options include seating for 16 at a formal table and 8 at a smaller table.

We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, 4x4, AWD, or chains are strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.
This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 24 people; this applies 24/7.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Hot tubs and outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers; do not leave food in your car! (Pickup Monday; instructions provided)
Pets are not allowed in this home, but we can help locate a dog-friendly property for trained Service or ESA animals.

This was a once in a lifetime vacation to celebrate my Mother's life. Over the 2 months we had over 50 family and friends join us. The house had something for everyone. The best thing was the management company which took every opportunity they had to make this stay special Thank you to everyone

Our company retreat at Mountain Majesty exceeded every expectation. The home was not only stunning, but truly set the stage for meaningful connection, collaboration, and creativity. There was room for everyone to spread out comfortably, whether gathering in the spacious living areas, brainstorming around the large dining table, or relaxing on the roof top with unbeatable lake and mountain views.We made great use of the amenities—from team-building sessions in the game room to casual conversations in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The indoor pool was a favorite for morning refreshes, and being able to walk to hiking trails and local restaurants made it easy to balance work with play. Plenty of parking was a huge time saver.This property helped make our retreat productive and inspiring—highly recommended for any team looking to recharge and reconnect in a beautiful South Lake Tahoe.

Had a great stay for a company retreat at this beautiful home. Amazing space for 10+ of us to stay with ample room to spread out and every amenity possible to enjoy! The hot tub with roof views was extraordinary - the heated pool and sauna was very special too. The large theater room and bar/game room was a perfect meeting space for our team to connect and get to know each other. The large open concept kitchen into the big comfy living room space with lake views is unbeatable! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need. The location is so easy, walking distance from restaurants and hikes. Didn't stay in the winter but would love to for the close proximity to Heavenly Mountain! 10/10 experience and couldn't recommend it enough!

This is a great property to stay at. Located in a quiet area, a short walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The house is well kept and has excellent facilities. The games room was popular with our group as well as the indoor pool and sauna. We will be back.

What an amazing place for families or large friend groups. A group of 8 stayed at the property for a few nights, and there was ample space for everyone without being crowded. The bedrooms are all comfortable, with ample space for luggage. The kitchen area was great when we all came together for afternoon snacks and hanging about chatting. We used the hot tub (has a great view to the lake), sauna and pool, a great feature is the shower on the same level as the pool and sauna, it made it easy to get changed without tracking water throughout the house!One morning we walked down to town, via the ski lift, which was easy, however the return walk up the hill isn't for the faint hearted! I would be happy to return to this property on a family or friends' vacation, we couldn't stop talking about all the activities in the house to keep everyone occupied. Thank you for having us!
This place is absolutely AMAZING! Truly, I could not rave about it more highly! From the amenities, to the location, to the friendly and accommodating staff, I don't think I could have had a more perfect, smooth experience!
