Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip last minute, but I wanted to stay the RnR Vacation host were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this Host since my experience and communication with them were excellent.

Excellent stay for our group of 5 adults. Photos are accurate. We felt very comfortable with the space and amenities. Enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub. , etc. Location was so close to everything. Definitely recommend. Hope to come back again and make it an annual trip every September when the weather is still warm and the summer crowds are gone. Very happy with our stay!

We were so pleased with our stay! Everything was so well stocked and maintained. They provided towels, seasonings for cooking, beach items (chairs, paddle boards, floaties, umbrellas, wagon, etc.), and much more. The rental hosts were very responsive and attentive. The location was convenient and close to many restaurants/stores. Would stay again!

This townhouse is amazing. It has everything you need and more. The fact that they provide all the beach stuff, paddle boards, wagon, chairs and more is great, makes for traveling with less stuff worth it. The unit also has actual ac units through out the rooms and lots of fans. Will be back

We had a great trip. No issues.

It was ideal for a weekend getaway, with easy access to private beach. Unfortunately the weekend we went in June was cold and was not able to enjoy the lake and beach. Great location, grocery store right across the street and plenty of restaurant options.

Enjoyed our stay at Lakeland Village. The private beach is right there and the place to rent jet skis and other items is within walking distance.

Amazing place to stay

It was a great place for my family and I to stay on our ski trip. Close to the mountain and downtown South Lake Tahoe. Would stay again!

Our group of eight had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting all of us without feeling cramped. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home, but we also loved that there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location was perfect—just a short 5-10 minute drive to the state line, making it easy to explore the area. One of the best parts was having private access to the beach and firepits for the evening. The property manager and front desk staff were also very attentive to our needs, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, this cabin was the perfect getaway spot, offering both comfort and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is amazing! It felt like home. The space was spacious and had lots of space for 6 people. The vacation rental was stocked with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay here again. Thank You RnR for an amazing experience. Your staff is awesome and we really appreciate how easy you made it for us.

Condo was perfect, very clean and well appointed. Working with rental agency was seamless. Location is perfect. Right at Lake, very close to stateline and Heavenly skiing.

Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Close to the association hot tub and beach.
RNR was amazing! They kept us up to date on information needed for our stay, even upcoming weather and bear precautions. They are the best rental company I have ever used- would not rent from anyone else! Go straight to their web site and rent directly from their inventory, therefore avoiding outrageous service fees from the major web sites.
Looking forward to returning to Tahoe soon!!

Great spot, close to Heavenly and has lake access which was a awesome.

My family and I traveled to South Lake Tahoe for our annual ski trip. This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe. When we found RnR Rentals, we knew we found the perfect place! The location was perfect and the amenities were amazing! And the best part of it was the price was affordable! The townhouse was spacious! The beds were so comfy! The entire house was so clean!! We will definitely use this company again!!

Perfect location for a family ski trip to Heavenly. Great space for our family travelling with 4 teenage boys.

We loved our stay at Lakeland Village 433! Beautiful lake view and easy access, convenient to shops, restaurants, Heavenly Gondola and the transit center! The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We called about the hot water supply being limited and it was resolved within MINUTES!!!!! We would definitely recommend and look forward to booking here in the future!

This was a cozy place which fit our family of 5 perfectly. The main floor was cozy to hang out in with a large table for playing games and eating meals.

The location is walking distance to the beach, which was very convenient. The RnR vacation was very responsive and the communication was smooth. They also kindly gave me local advice and we tried cruising on their recommendation and that was great.

Enjoyed visiting Lake Tahoe for the first time with our family. We enjoyed the beach and location of this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeland Villages. This unit is in a SUPER convenient location and was well appointed with the proper amount of linens, kitchen supplies and instructions/tips on the unit and area. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to return in the summer! RNR vacations was communicative and thorough with the check in and check out details. I contacted them once during the stay and received a response very promptly. Thank you! The hot tub area was a little crowded and could use some attention but that has nothing to do with the host. We did have an incident where our towels were taken at the hot tub by young adults who didn't appear to be staying on the property, just using the hot tub. Their behavior was inappropriate and uncomfortable but again, this has nothing to do with the host.

Perfect getaway with lake access, hot tub, close to shops and restaurants, and 5 min from skiing! Well stocked with some basics making a perfect weekend stay.

Lakeland village is about a 5 min drive to CA lodge without traffic, which was perfect for us! We did see the Lakeland shuttle, but never utilized as it was so convenient to drive ourselves and park at the lodge. Also it is very close to restaurants and the Heavenly Village area. Recommend Base Camp Pizza (in HV) and Burger Me (not in HV, but closer to Lakeland). The unit itself was clean and worked well for 2 families with 2 kids each. We definitely took advantage of the washer and dryer in the unit for wet ski clothes and gloves and it was very nice that detergent was provided. I will say, the unit was not conveniently located to the pool/hot tub (at least not in the freezing cold)- you would have to drive through the property and park closer, which is doable- just an extra step.

Lakeland Village is a great location, close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, everything you need. Only a couple miles from Heavenly Ski Resort. The unit was great. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had 6 adults. Myself, my husband and 4 college students. I like that the bedding was accommodating for all of us. It's a great place and the management co. was very helpful when we had questions.

Great location with easy access to Heavenly

We stayed with them over the Winter Holiday, and it was wonderful. The house was well supplied and very clean. They had clear instructions on how to use all the amenities. There is a shuttle in the resort that will take you right up to heavenly resort. We will definitely stay with them again.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we overall enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were we were not informed that we could not use the pools and spa due to construction. This construction was rather loud from time to time and did affect WiFi connection which meant no TV. other than that it was a nice stay and we so plan on returning in the future.
