The chef’s kitchen features feldspar granite countertops, high-end appliances, and an open pantry—perfect for entertaining.
The home has comfortable sleeping & dining space for a family of 8. We can host a maximum of 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.
Enjoy two spacious balconies with a BBQ, and outdoor seating, or gather indoors around the tall stone gas fireplace in the great room. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the kitchen to dining and living areas. Two bedrooms and a stylish bathroom sit on the entry level, while the second floor features an oversized loft, laundry, and a luxurious primary suite with a spa-like ensuite bath.
The garage level includes interior access and a gear staging area ideal for skis, bikes, or lake toys. This hilltop home is conveniently located minutes from groceries, golfing & biking/hiking trails. For skiing enthusiasts, it’s just 15 mins to Heavenly/ Lake Tahoe/ Stateline, 20 mins to Sierra, and 40 mins to Kirkwood. Ideal for adventurous families! Though the home stays cool in summer, two portable A/C units are provided.

This home offers easy access to Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood ski resorts, top golf courses, grocery stores, and dining. Just 12 minutes from Echo Summit, enjoy premier hiking and biking trails like the Tahoe Rim Trail, Echo Lakes, and Cascade Falls. Lake Baron is only 7 minutes away with summer events, and Pope Beach is just 15 minutes from your door. In winter, you're perfectly positioned for world-class skiing and snowboarding.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Myself, husband and two kids (ages 2 & 4) stayed here and loved it. Kids had a great time in the room with the bunk beds. Central heat and gas fireplace kept us plenty warm. 10 minutes away from Adventure Park where we took the kids sledding. We will try and get this property again when in Tahoe next.

This Airbnb was amazing! The pictures are great, but it's even better in person. The house was sparkling clean and was fully stocked with anything you could think of or need. Very impressed with the new kitchen appliances/utensils (eg keurig, blender, baking ware, serving plates, wine glasses, etc) - it made preparing and eating our family dinners seamless and enjoyable. Great location in South Lake Tahoe. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

I stayed in Tahoe with my husband and 4 kids ranging from 9months to 12 years old. The home was beautiful in the pics but even more so in person. The home was very clean. The home was stocked with spices and cooking basics. The kitchen had all of the pots and pans we needed. The rooms were a great size anf very comfortable. We brought our own firmer pillows to sleep with though. My family enjoyed all of the games that came in the loft. The jacuzzi tub was such a treat. The location was perfect and a quick drive to places near by such as the beach and shops. The pictures do make it look like the home has a backyard but it does not BUT that was ok because there was a little space on both sides that the kids enjoyed hanging out and playing. The house comes with a baby gate but sadly with the way the stairs are it does not fit at all. My 9 month old wanted to crawl up and down the stairs which was scary and so we were bummed the gate didn’t work but we eventually blocked the stairs off another way and it worked out just fine. We brought toiletries and paper towels and garbage bags but luckily the house came fully stocked for our 5 day stay. We felt very comfortable and at home here. I have zero complaints about the home. We cannot wait to go back again.

Beautiful, sparkling clean home in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minute drive to restaurants, groceries stores, and summer/ winter activities. Enjoyed my stay.
My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home looks beautiful in photos but even more so in person. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possible need which made cooking very enjoyable and easy. The home was immaculate! By far the best rental we have ever stayed in! We were sad to go! Everything about this home was perfect. Location was great! Check in was fast and easy. I could not recommend this home enough. We look forward to going back!
