• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products as well as one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival and wash laundry as needed. • Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.

• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.

This condo was spacious and updated and the complex was beautiful with the fall trees all changing colors. The property manager was great and offered suggestions for where to eat and shop which was walking distance from the condo. We cooked most meals at home and the kitchen was stocked better than any other rental I have stayed in. Perfect size for girls weekend and wedding planning. We had a blast! Go check out Wolf restaurant at the casinos and the state park up the road for hiking. Barely needed a car!
