Professionally decorated, this dog-friendly home provides several spaces for gathering. Enjoy all the amenities of Tahoe Keys, including indoor and outdoor pools, private beach and tennis courts.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 people over the age of 13. This applies 24/7. Parking for up to 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

Please note: the private boat dock is not available for boat use. However, guests are welcome to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock area during their stay.

Escape to your own tastefully decorated and expansive primary suite upstairs with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, king bed, sitting area with bay windows and queen sofa-sleeper plus en-suite bath with dual sinks and large walk-in shower.

2nd upstairs bedroom has a king bed & private workspace. 3rd upstairs bedroom has a queen bed & a private workspace. 4th upstairs bedroom has a full bed, & the 5th upstairs features a twin over full bunk.

The 6th bedroom is downstairs, with queen bed and brand new 40" Smart TV to enjoy while relaxing. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Downstairs great room dining table seats 10 + seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Cooks of the group will delight in large, open kitchen w/granite counters, stainless steel appliances, & plenty of space for family meals. Kitchen appliances include: Vitamix Blender, Instapot, and Cuisinart Food Processor.

Enjoy the back deck on the lagoon with furniture and a table for outdoor dining, plus a gas BBQ.

• We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.
Home Essentials
• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).

Please note:
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. Strict rules for pet behavior must be followed, and are outlined in your rental agreement.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
