Please note: the private boat dock is not available for boat use. However, guests are welcome to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock area during their stay.
Escape to the expansive primary suite upstairs with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, king bed, sitting area with bay windows and queen sofa-sleeper, plus ensuite bath with dual sinks and large walk-in shower. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a king bed and workspace. The 3rd has a queen bed and workspace. The 4th has a full bed, and the 5th features a twin-over-full bunk. The 6th bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and 40" Smart TV.
The downstairs great room dining table seats 10, with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The open kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for family meals. Kitchen appliances include a Vitamix Blender, Instapot, and Cuisinart Food Processor. Multiple living areas include a downstairs living room with gas fireplace and an upstairs suite with gas fireplace and 75" Smart TV. A cozy downstairs nook seats 4 with a wood-burning stove. An upstairs game table seats 4.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 people over the age of 13. This applies 24/7.

We manage several nearby homes for larger groups. Once confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent. The home includes a starter supply of essentials.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. Strict rules for pet behavior must be followed and are outlined in your rental agreement.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.

Everything was very clean and as shown on the site. The layout of the rooms were perfect for our party. Loved being able to use and the ease of use of the fireplaces. The kids had a blast in the backyard covered with snow. Great times!

My family and I enjoyed our month at this vacation rental. It is in a great location - close to Stateline, Myers, Camp Richardson, and Pope Beach. I enjoyed having coffee in the backyard and looking at the water view. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms had nice mattresses and linens and beach towels were also provided. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy when hosting a large group. Access to the Tahoe Keys amenities is purchased separately and has a private beach, pool, indoor pool, pickleball and tennis courts. I would recommend this house and felt it was accurately described in the listing, but if you are planning to bring a boat, check if the slip is available. They allow the boat slip to be rented once per season, so it could easily be unavailable for your stay. We would absolutely love to return to this house. It was a wonderful sanctuary that allowed us to throughly enjoy our stay.

This vacation rental was amazing! Nicely updated and very comfortable for my group of 7 adults and 3 cars. The beds/linens are really comfortable, it was super clean upon check in, and the views of the waterway and mountains are spectacular - we even got to see lots of wildlife! The house is super spacious - there are multiple living areas, so we could all easily gather together or get some space to check in on work/read. The home is well stocked and had everything we needed for a fun and memorable time in Tahoe together. The location is great, with easy access (only a 5 - 10 minute drive) to all restaurants, grocery stores, and the lake. RnR kept in touch and was extremely helpful if needed, but all communications were very clear - so it was an easy check in/check out process for us! Would highly recommend this home to any families or friends traveling to Tahoe.
