Spacious 3BR Near Lake & Heavenly, A/C, BBQ, Games TW501

Overall this was yet another great experience with RnR Vacation Rentals. The property was exactly as described, it has plenty of space for me and my family (wife, two young kids, au pair). I highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs 3 bedrooms / 3 baths. Plus, it is a 5 min walk to the Heavenly gondola and restaurants, so it makes getting to the slopes really easy. Once again, I highly recommend!

The people were very friendly, communicated well with us. The condo was very clean, kept up, and close to all the events. We attended the American Century Celebrity Gol Tournament at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course while we were there. The condo was close enough to walk to the event. Had the best stay and time in South Lake Tahoe. Super clean, convenient, and all we needed to spend quality time together! Thankful!

Communication was great from RNR, the house is really nice, there is plenty of space and the video game console was great for the kids. Only improvement would be a later check out than 10am, other than that, all went smoothly and would recommend.

This place was great. The only draw back was the thermostat. There is one on almost wvery wall of the house and is very complicated to get to work. It was extremely warm and set to 73 when we arrived. The directions did not help as someone previously had set it incorrectly. However, the rental company was quick to send someone out to get it working correctly. It was no longer hot, but extremely cold. I wasn’t going to complain as I would rather add more blankets to keep warm. The home was filled with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and was very clean and well cared for. We would stay here again!

We had a terrific stay, with plenty of space and terrific amenities for a group trip. Wonderful location with great proximity to slopes and shops!

Great home in a great location. Parking was easy. The home space accommodated our party of 6 adults plus 1 toddler very comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dinnerware and utensils for us to make and have our meals. Basics like salt, pepper and sugar were provided. We did have a problem with the home being too warm on the first night that we were sweating in our sleep and we were not able to adjust the thermostat. We notified RnR the next morning and was quickly sent a video on how to unlock the thermostat. RnR has superb customer service which we appreciate, but tends to send way too many emails and texts even before our stay. They also required to get on a phone call in order to confirm our reservation, something which we have never experienced with other Airbnbs before. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay.

Six of us fit so comfortably! The beds were great and loved to two floors and access into unit.

Great location you can walk to Heavenly village where all the shops are. Nice and spacious kitchen with everything you need. However there is no view at all of the lake.

Very nice modern and quiet condo in a quiet safe gated community. Large bedrooms and tons of space, nice condo design. Nice outdoor bbq and great updated kitchen, nice tv and Internet. Fancy master bedroom and cozy beds and linens.

This is a very nice modern condo unit in a private gated community in South Lake Tahoe! It's a very quiet condo complex located in a busy area of SLT. The unit has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, tons of square footage, storage and lots of space! Nice modern kitchen with lots of pots & pans and cooking utensils - but be sure to bring your own spices and condiments etc. The beds and linens were luxurious and high end. Small outdoor balcony with a nice BBQ and table and chairs. Quick walk 10 minutes to the lake with the private beach. 2 blocks from Heavenly downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Gated community felt very safe and unit has a high tech keypad entry. I stayed here with my 3 teens, but it would also be good for several friends on vacation. A little noise can be heard from the people above in the upstairs unit, but there are posted quiet times and quiet hours, so that is nice. I would stay here again!

What a wonderful place this is to stay in. We have 3 generations staying here and it was perfect for all of us. I will be looking for some other reason to rent here again. A really nice, comfortable place enjoyed by all ages.

Wow! What a wonderful place . Our family of 3 generations really enjoyed ourselves and it’s set up perfectly for our group with a whole separate area downstairs for kids and grandkids. The home has been beautifully kept up and is very comfortable. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to stay in this unit again.

Great property, as advertised. Location couldn’t be better. Close to lifts, bars and everything is in walking distance. House was clean and great layout.

The property was very clean and larger than the pictures show. Check in/check out was very easy. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed immediately. Easy drive to either California base or Stagecoach base. We would stay in this property again.

This was our first time traveling to Tahoe, and it was an amazing trip! We traveled with another couple, and we were all very happy with the location of the rental and the condition. Upon check-in, it was very clean and organized, located right next to Heavenly Village. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a quiet location, yet close to a ton of shops & restaurants. The gondola is a short walk from the home. The bedrooms are well furnished, and the bathrooms are brand new and very clean. The property is very well maintained and taken care of. Check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and stress-free. The house had plenty of hand soap, dish soap, and paper products. The pictures are deceiving because the home is very large and has plenty of space for everyone.
At Heavenly Village, we loved eating at Kalani's & Izabella. Gunbarrel Tavern was our favorite spot for apps & drinks after skiing! We'd love to stay at 501 Tahoe Woods again! It was the perfect vacation!

This is a great property, perfectly located and exceeded our groups expectations. Thanks for giving us such a great place to stay.

We have stayed in this location during summer, and this time during winter. It was a lovely, warm place to be, with easy access to Heavenly Village. After snowfall, the parking lot was promptly plowed in the morning. My only suggestion is to add a piece of furniture near the door so you can sit and remove boots or put stuff down. Also, the living room could use a cozy chair by the fireplace/TV. But we aren't complaining - our stay was wonderful!

My family of 8 stayed stayed over the Christmas Holiday. It was better than described. The kitchen, baths and bedrooms were stocked beyond expectations. We cooked two meals a day for several days without lacking any tools. Location could not be better. Walking distance to Heavenly, Starbucks and Nevada Casinos. Complex was quiet and the private garage was a huge plus. RNR Vacation Management was exptrememly helpful our entire stay. Would def recommend!!!

This is a beautiful condo and the location is great. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The host was quick to get back to us with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
