Beautiful place! The unit was well outfitted and the property manager stayed in contact for any needs that came up. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, bars, casinos and the gondola. We will stay here again.

Listing is very accurate! Communication with host was waaaayyy above average - very easy to reach by text. We easily walked to the lifts of Heavenly (including with an 8 and 11 year old) and also walked down to the beach for sunset each evening. Thank you!

This house was in the perfect location and was easily walkable to the downtown Heavenly village and to the lake. It was the perfect size for our group of 8. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Check in was very easy and they were very accommodating and even let us check in early. They answered our questions immediately and made sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommend!!!

The place was amazing! Very clean, great location, comfortable. Easy walk to store’s and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Son got married outside at Emerald Bay State Park which was beautiful. Visited in early October and the weather couldn’t have been better.

We stayed 5 nights here and had a great stay. The townhouse is quiet, roomy and very close to all of the things in SLT that you could want to do. It is a 3 minute walk to the main part of town with restaurants, casinos, etc. The kitchen had all of the amenities that you would need and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. truly no complaints at all. I would definitely love to stay here agin, and recommend it to everyone.

This property was exactly as described. The unit is located in a small condo community that is gated and well maintained. At only a couple of blocks off of the main drag (US 50), it is very walkable to everything you need - Heavenly Village, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. - but is still quiet. The unit was spacious and clean, with a kitchen equipped probably better than we've ever had in such a rental. Management was extremely communicative regarding the rental, and everything went very smoothly on the business side. Would definitely recommend.

The place was immaculate. Very close to the lake and the town square. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. This was my first time in Lake Tahoe. Kind of pricey, but very nice. I wish I could see it in Winter.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach, casino’s and restaurants. RNR Vac. Rentals was over the top helpful from beginning to end. I have not rented a house before that the “owners” responded by text so quickly. Kudos!

The location was fabulous; it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and even one (very expensive) beach. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with our family and were delighted with the house which was perfect for adults and tiny ones alike. It had everything we needed -- we truly had a lovely stay.

great spot and very spacious, very responsive to any needs or questions. this place has everything you need. not shown on posting, they have baby equipment available for a very low price. local beach is $30 per adult to enter children 5 and under are free.

Stayed here with adult kids & spouses . I would definitely pick this condo again & again. THE perfect location , plenty of room to spread out & the complex was small & quiet without having to deal with all the congestion of a larger complex. Condo was extremely well equipped & spotless . Loved being able to walk to shopping & restaurants !

This home is so beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. The location is so nice and tucked away. Communication was great. We were within walking distance to the lake, Heavenly Village and the casinos. The home has everything you need. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Our stay at this rental property was perfect. The house is very clean, well kept, spacious,the kitchen has everything you could ever need, comfortable beds, cute patio area and overall, just a wonderful place to stay; we LOVED our time here. The location is also amazing. You can easily walk to the gondola or casinos. We stayed here to ski but the beach was very close as well.
We only have positive reviews on this place and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here. The house was plenty spacious for 5 adults, very clean, and in a quiet area. Amenities were great (smart tv, arcade machine), and the texts and welcome binder were very helpful. We liked that we could walk to dinner, coffee, etc. The only thing I would note is if you have a full-sized SUV (we had a Suburban rental), it likely won’t fit in the garage. It still fit in the driveway parking, but just to know. Also, an ice scrapper/snow brush could be helpful. Our rental vehicle didn’t have one (obviously, our fault, but would be a bonus)! Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Tahoe Woods for our vacation. We were 6 adults and 1 2-year-old and there was plenty of space for all of us in this beautiful condo. It’s a 10 minute walk to the heavenly Gondola or down to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely awesome stay and location. Walkable distance to the gondola, restaurants and shops. The community was peaceful, free of noise and safe. The kitchen offered many appliances and there was more than enough storage space for all of our snowboarding equipment. Excellent stay and will most definitely be booking the same condo in the future

Perfect location! Close to the action yet, private and quiet. Condo is as described and has all the amenities to ensure a wonderful stay in Tahoe.

The townhome was amazing. Clean, well kept, well appointed. The location was perfect. The property management was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Perfect floorplan for families with children/grandchildren. Very convenient to rent a pack n' play and high chair. Clean and roomy. Great walkable location. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo in a great location. Within walking distance to the beach, casinos, restaurants and the Heavenly Village gondola. Edgewood golf course nearby. Plenty of room for 6-8 people. Loved sitting out on the balcony and having a BBQ on the grill. The RnR rental agency is top notch as well. I had one issue with the kitchen sink disposal getting jammed up (user error) and they came out and fixed it immediately. Highly recommended.
