Great rental in an amazing location! super close to the mountain. Super responsive team made it easy to get in and to get any questions answered. Def would recommend!!

This is the perfect family getaway rental. So comfortable and spacious for the kids and adults. The owner is so lucky to have RnR as their property management. You made the experience feel a little more special. You were so warm and welcoming. We loved the Wii and bored games that were available. Our kids had a blast. Perfect walking distance to beach park and Heavenly Village.

The condo was just as described. It had a great layout. We had 6 adults and 1 nine year old. It was a 10 min walk to the Gondola for skiing and snowboarding.

Nice two-story walk up townhouse. We enjoyed the chess table on our lazy day start.

The location is perfect. The condo is 3 blocks from the Main Street. Perfect access to everything. The condo is gorgeous! Perfect for a group of people!

The property was gorgeous, clean, and perfect for my little family. They had a variety of games and puzzles to use. The proximity to the local beach and the Heavenly Village was within walking distance from this condo, which is precisely why we booked here. Communication with the rental company exceeded expectations. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful and so close to the mountains!

We had a great stay in Tahoe Woods! Super close walk to gondola, restaurants, shops and bars. Condo was immaculate and had everything you could need and more. Plenty of space & comfortable beds.

Great location across from Heavenly Village, everything walk-able. Nice amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone to relax and be together. Only warning is this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We didn't mind, but if traveling with young kids or elderly it could be an issue.

We had our family and there was enough room for all of us to sleep, shower and enjoy time together. The dining table was great for games, and we had a little puzzle table set up in the corner so it was great. walking distance to downtown, the perfect little vacation.

Great location & overall nice experience. Refrigerator didn’t get appropriately cold till the 3rd day so had to use ice /ice chest for certain items.

Our family had an excellent time. The cabin had everything you need. Close to downtown. The cabin had lots of room. We would stay here again.

Cool place that we stayed with larger group. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go (casino, gondola etc). The rental company was very timely and open with communication and getting in and out was a cinch. Would recommend the place, and I'd definitely stay again.

We chose to celebrate our son’s 40th birthday with a 4 night familystay. Our daughter and her husband flew out from the east coast to join us. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. There was plenty of room for meals and games, and everyone had comfortable bedrooms. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the gondola, the beach, stateline, and the shops. It does need a little TLC such as curtains or blinds on the sliding aware that cookware is limited. Older adults should be forewarned regarding the 33 stairs access. Overall it was a great vacation location.

We arrived early to our location, even after stopping to grocery shop. When I approached one of the customer service gals, I asked if we could possibly enter early, and if not we could find something to do for the 1.75 he. She immediately checked for us and came back with a yes to enter early. She was truly an angel. That made a world of difference for myself and my family after a long day of travel and frozen groceries to tend to. Thank you RnR Vacation Rentals for having us, and your hospitality. We would definitely come back if the opportunity presents itself.

The lodging at Aspen Woods was perfectly comfortable for our 10 member family (from young children to grandparents). The beds were super comfortable, the place, very clean, and the location was easily walkable to the base at Heavenly. RnR Vacation Rentals was responsive to our needs and a couple of issues that popped up. They sent someone out to take care of the issue in a timely manner and followed up quickly.

There were 8 adults and we all had plenty of space. This property is a great location to the heavenly gondola and village. Everything was walking distance. I would recommend this rental.

The property is in a great location (proximity to Heavenly Resort and the lake is awesome), clean, well equipped and exactly as pictured. We had a great time during our stay, and the kids loved the available games and chess set. The tandem parking was ok given the size of our party (6 ppl, two families) but not terribly convenient if you need the use of two cars often during your stay. The property is well managed. RnR Vacation Rentals was prompt in addressing any needs and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again when in Tahoe. Highly recommend!

Great property in a great area. Very well maintained. Our only critique- master bathroom needs door, locks on doors need to be fixed, and we battled ants during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect and we would absolutely stay again.

the property is conveniently located at 5 minutes walk from the heavnly gondola. the apartment is very conformatble and with all the amenities needed

Great condo layout, open concept with plenty of sitting area to relax. Condo being on 3rd floor wasn’t a hassle. Large bedrooms was a plus (master bedroom was cold!). 7 minute walk to gondola, 13 min drive to California base, 18 min drive to Nevada base. 10 minute walk to casinos. Fantastic stay with RnR being very responsive.

We had a great time visiting Lake Tahoe and staying at the condo. The condo is luxurious and spacious with a great layout for our family of 7. The area was quiet but very close to the Village to access restaurants, shopping and the gondola. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed some old school Wii games and Xbox as well as the game table for checkers and chess. We contacted the company about a Christmas tree before arrival and they immediately responded and gave us the Christmas package for tree and set up and left us beautiful ornaments and tree topper. We had a family gathering (7 adults and 3 small children) in Southlake and had a fabulous time. Our stay at Tahoe woods was great. The unit was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy, and everyone had their own space. The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from shopping and restaurants at Heavenly Village. The only complaint I had is that we were asked to repurpose bath towels as there were not enough for each guest.

Beautiful property , great location, walking distance to shops, casinos, lake, restaurants. We had plenty of space for 6 adults, no complaints, it was very helpful that the property had basic toiletries , cleaning items, paper products. Looking forward to renting again, and visiting the beautiful area!

This place is very close to everything but also very quiet. Good choice for family vacation.

Clean, large place in an excellent location.

The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the slopes, restaurants and grocery store. It is close to the gondola but a hard walk with ski gear; we used ski valet at Powder House. That worked out perfectly. The pictures are accurate. The condo worked out well for our party of 6. The property management team was very professional. After a day on the slopes when we returned to the condo, one of the smoke alarms was beeping due to needing a battery replacement. We called the property manager and they had someone out within 30 minutes. We would rent this unit again.

This home is clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The host thought of everything a guest might need and the communication was excellent.

It was great location, only 7 mins away from the heavenly. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Thanks for fixing the sink before we arrived.

Very nice place

Overall this was a nice place. The townhome looks exactly like the pictures and the location in town couldn’t be any better. There are a few flights of steps to get to the front door, so we were a little out of breath bringing up luggage and food. The house is definitely spacious and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. There were more than enough towels and the AC was very easy to work. If you are looking to stream movies/play video games, the living room tv had the strongest WiFi signal. The bedroom TVs have WiFi but we found it a bit slow. Also, there are quiet hours but you can hear EVERYTHING outside of the door. We tried to be mindful of the other houses, but the hallway stairs has an enormous echo. But I’d definitely stay here again.

We were able to walk to beach, Raleys, and Heavenly Village. Casinos are walkable as well. There are a lot of stairs to get to the unit so if anyone has issues with stairs, this is not the unit for you!

This place was everything we hoped for and more! Check-in was easy, parking was easy, so many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance, close to an amazing beach, and excellent customer service when we had a hard time figuring out the TV (user error ;P) We would definitely rent here again!

Spacious 4 bedroom short walk to Heavenly Village. Make sure they explain how to access the cable for things like NFL games. They also need a larger fry pan and to fix the garage door was falling off. Other than that, the place is very nice and the location is great!
