Great start to finish

Had a great week at a great property. The condo was clean and modern. Plenty of room. Love South Lake Tahoe!

We were staying with extended family for a wedding. The location was perfect and the accommodations superb. I highly recommend this Airbnb. It was fully stocked and clean as a whistle. I appreciate the proactive communication provided.

The house was very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the casinos. The property manager was very communicative. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent rental property. Felt like home. Owners made sure to include extras like quality furniture, bedding, TV's, etc. 3 bedrooms on main floor and large bunk room on lower level. Lots of space for our party of 7 adults and 1 infant. Appliances were modern, good quality and 100% clean. Double oven in a rental always a bonus. All cookware and serving dishes you should need. Appreciate use of garage and electronic lock rather than a key for door. Was less than 10 minutes walk to Heavenly Village, shops and casinos and also less than 10 minutes walk opposite direction to the beach. RnR is one of the most communicative and friendly property management companies we have worked with. They sent all the details we needed in advance. Easy to read check in and check out instructions. Questions were addressed immediately.

Main suite and bunk room are en suite, always a plus. Lots of space for our family of 7 adults and 1 infant. Appliances were modern, clean and included double oven and gas range. Full size fridge with ice maker as well. Kitchen is fully stocked. All the place mats, cookware, serving and food storage dishes you should need in coordinating colors and good condition. Appreciate use of garage and electronic lock rather than a key for door. Was 10 minutes walk to shops and casinos and also 10 minutes walk opposite direction to the beach. Property management company was one of the best we have worked with. Would definitely consider this rental again for a future visit.

We had a fun-filled stay in South Lake Tahoe while staying at this great property. It is very centally located and we were able to walk many places in town, which was lovely. The weather was great (minus the high pollen!). The house was very suitable and comfortable for our family/friends of 10. Would have been nice to have a larger sitting area, as not all 10 of us could sit in the living /TV room together when we wanted to relax. The house and town are very dog friendly, which was a wet as we brought our small hypoallergenic dog. We all enjoyed the outdoors and had daily adventures which made for a great Summer vacation.

Perfect for what we wanted. Short walk to Heavenly Gondola and several restaurants and casinos but also great Kitchen and TV for the nights we stayed in to cook and watch the games.

Great place to stay when visiting to ski at Heavenly!

Place is perfect for a group skiing at Heavenly. We've been twice and will have more trips to come.

We arrived to a clean and welcoming home. The kitchen/dinning/living were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, one thing I would like would have been a TV in the second bedroom on the main floor.

We had a great family vacation in a great location. The condo was new and furnished beautifully. The place was very clean and the beds we super comfortable!!

Really lovely! Considering it's a condo, we never felt infringed upon or crowded. Quiet place in a very sweet neighborhood with trees and birds, nestled nearb the lake but very walkable to the casinos (we were there to work on an event). Beds were all very comfy, rooms were all very spacious. Had everything we needed. Planning to rent here again next year.

Our family loved this home! The room with the bunk beds was downstairs basically all to itself, with the laundry room and bathroom. Also has a gaming console. It was so perfect for the kids, but it would also be perfect for adult groups (it’s basically like it’s own separate space downstairs). The kids had a blast and cried when it was time to leave. The master bedroom was spacious with a spa tub and walk in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all amenities to prepare meals for large families. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the lake (would be less if we weren’t lugging kids lol). About same walking distance to the casinos and restaurants as well. This place will be my go-to for future Tahoe trips :)

Excellent, excellent! This home was everything in the description! Clean, GREAT location and Rnr were absolutely wonderful! The kitchen had everything you could want or need. Very spacious and we would stay there again! The Pac Man console kept our grandson (and us) entertained for hours. Had an issue with the coffee maker and within a few hours they brought us a new one.

We were very pleased with our stay. this place is really nice and very spacious. the room with the bunk beds is huge so its perfect if you are taking kids with you. the location is perfect because everything is literally walking distance. we would definitely stay here again.

We came for a summer time family vacation, and now we’re debating whether to rent the same cabin again every year for summer or winter trips. Perfect location—5 min walk to the beach and 2 minutes or more to Heavenly Village, casinos, and all the state line shops and eateries. You can rent boats, jet skis, canoes, etc. at the beach. You can take the Heavenly Gondola up for some sight seeing/hiking. I wish I had more time to rent a kayak near emerald bay or hike along the west shore ridges. Wonderful and well appointed kitchen with all the cook, bake, serve, flat, or anything-ware you could possibly want to serve up a tasty and eye-pleasing meal for your family. I loved the double bunks (twin over full) downstairs, with TV and play station (bring an HDMI cord), so the kids can make it their own space and use their own bathroom. RNR made it easy for us to check-in and out. Pro-tip if you’re flying into Reno, you can take a $35 shuttle, per person, to South Lake Tahoe, instead of a $100 Uber or $200 can ride. But you have to schedule landing before last shuttle departure.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Grandparents to a toddler... there was so much fun to be had at this location. The grand kids loved the games the owners had to play, especially the Pac-Man and Donkey Kong old style electronic one. Every room had it's own TV so if you didn't like what was on one, you could go to another room.

The only thing I would like to reveal it has multiple flights of stairs. I had injured my foot just before I left, and it was a challenge.

The amenities were perfect down to the crate for our dog.

Communication from the agency was great as well and check in and out was a breeze. We look forward to returning here again

The property was in a great location, easy to find and the staff was helpful when needed.The only down side was that the beach closest is private so we had to pay per person; which we did because it was a convenience to Walk to the beach and not have the crowds that are at the public beach.

Great location and the townhome reflects great care by the owner. Furnishings reflect the feel of a lakeside retreat. Very roomy and kitchen furnishings made for a relaxing stay. Kudos to the RnR reservation team for being responsive for any issues during our stay. Well done and thanks....Gary

Nice place

we loved it here! The property was brand new and we were the first people to stay here. Everything was new and we were pleased that they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kids (and admittedly the adults too) loved the arcade pac-man game in the living room. There was a whole cupboard of board games and a PlayStation in one of the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed so we cooked quite a bit ourselves. We absolutely loved it. Definitely recommended for a large group (family or friends)
