This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 adults, and up to 2 children under 13 years of age. This applies 24/7.

The home features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, an upstairs and downstairs lounge, and multiple balconies with Tahoe Keys views. The upstairs balcony leads to the rooftop hot tub where you can enjoy breathtaking vistas of both the Keys and Lake Tahoe.

About The Area:
The boat launch is at the Tahoe Keys Marina, .8mi from the home. Once your boat is in the water, feel free to moor it at the dock behind the house. A boat inspection is required before entering the lake.

The Tahoe Keys in South Lake Tahoe is a premier waterfront community with fantastic community amenities. This exclusive neighborhood features both indoor (indoor pool currently undergoing maintenance till mid-November) and outdoor swimming pools (open during summer), an indoor hot tub, private beaches, tennis courts, pickleball courts (open during summer), a basketball court, a beachside playground, and a beach volleyball court with stunning lake views. These amenities require an additional fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay.

Pets: 1 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval & pet fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

For stays of 30+ days, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

Security cameras at the front of the home ensure parking compliance. There are no video devices inside the home.
