The home features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, an upstairs and downstairs lounge, and multiple balconies with Tahoe Keys views. The kitchen includes a Monogram oven and stove with professional hood, an additional Monogram oven, microwave, French door refrigerator plus a 2nd refrigerator, dishwasher, and island seating for 9. The main living room has a gas fireplace, 55"" HDTV, reclaimed armchair, large dining table seating 10, and sliding doors to the backyard. The upstairs living room includes a desk, 2 armchairs, half bath, and sliding glass doors to the balcony leading to the rooftop hot tub.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 adults, and up to 2 children under 13. This applies 24/7.

Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes for larger groups. Once confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent. The home includes a starter supply of essentials.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters

Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval & pet fee. No other animals. Bring a crate if leaving dog unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Any barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests responsible for extra cleaning or damage.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days will not be refunded.
