Guests can dock with ease without navigating deep into the Tahoe Keys, then return home to relax on the patio or enjoy the neighborhood’s private beach, pools, hot tubs, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, available for an additional fee through the Tahoe Keys POA. In the winter, the home makes a wonderful ski lease retreat with spacious living areas, warm in-floor heating, cozy gas fireplaces, and easy access to South Lake Tahoe’s top ski resorts.

The boat launch is at the Tahoe Keys Marina. Once your boat is in the water, feel free to moor it at the dock behind the house. A boat inspection is required before entering the lake.

NOTE: The owners are South Lake Tahoe locals and will also keep their boat at the dock during the summer months. They may occasionally access their boat from the exterior dock area only, without entering or accessing the home.
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval and pet fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).
Property and Booking Information
• We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.

Home Essentials
• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
