Reduced price for June! The price has been reduced to accommodate for a boat dock replacement occurring 6/5-6/8 and Home Fire Permit Inspection appointment access on 6/8. Guests with boats will not have boat dock access at the home 6/5-6/8. And the property manager and Inspector will need access to the interior of the home for 3 hours on 6/8.

The home features large windows offering natural light and water channel views throughout. The gourmet kitchen boasts white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf 6-burner oven/range, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and 12-cup drip coffeemaker, blender, and food processor. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen island has 5 bar chairs. The main living area is open concept with a 55-inch Smart TV, gas fireplace, Wii console, JBL speaker system, two couches, and board games and puzzles. A dedicated workstation and desk chair are also available.

This home does not have air conditioning.

We manage several nearby homes for larger groups. Once confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent. The home includes a starter supply of essentials.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters

Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval and fee. No other animals. A crate is required if left unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Excessive barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests pay for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days will not be refunded.
