House was exactly how it was pictured, easy check in, RnR was really easy to work with. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the walking trails near by was enjoyed by the whole family. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location is great and close to everything. Place is spacious & quite. We had issues with the fire place but RNR tried to fix it right away

We had a great stay here! Beds were comfy. Loved the big bath tub and the hot tub. The deck was great for enjoying the sun and the birds. We had a wonderful time!

This property was only 10 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood overlooking the mountains. We enjoyed the large deck, plenty of space to relax outdoors. It was great to have a grill. The upstairs and downstairs bed/bathrooms accommodated two couples nicely. The rental company reached out about how to reach them if there was a problem or question. We didn't have to do that once. We had some difficulty getting the TV on. Instructions were left, but there are several remotes to maneuver. It would be nice to have a universal remote. We had a pleasant stay at this property.

This house was beyond our expectations. Very clean an spacious. It just felt like home. We love the bonus of having folding chairs umbrella and ice chest for a day at the beach. We took care of them and returned them to the garage as if they were are own. Thank you RnR and the owners of the Tahoe Flyer for an excellent stay an memories. Love having the air conditioner for the August stay.

The Tahoe Flyer was an amazing place to stay. it was a great home for a family with kids. we all enjoyed the big deck and the hot tub. The place was very well stocked by RnR property managers and all the rooms were spacious and yet cozy.

This home is in a good location and not to far from the main activities in South Lake Tahoe. The house was pretty and functional for our needs. The amenities provided were extremely helpful to include soap, shampoo, conditioner, make up remover pads, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. There is one AC unit so the bottom floor was much colder than the top floor where the kitchen/living room. Fans are provided which helped to lower the heat upstairs. Also closing the blinds helped with the heat as well. Overall I would recommend to stay at this house.

Nice view, plenty of space to eat inside and outside on the balcony deck, all the essentials in the kitchen, a super comfy master bed. Overall great stay!!

Such a great place. Great deck with a view of pines and mountains behind. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make meals and relax. Hot tub was nice and hot and easy to use. We’re already looking at weekends to rent it again.

The home is wonderful, views spectacular and sledding for our grandchildren right on the property !

My family really loved the house. We went in the winter months and enjoyed the snow play in the backyard. The house has great views and is really well stocked. Will go again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and fully stocked with numerous quality kitchen appliances and utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the spacious deck and in the large hot tub. Location was central to many activities. This is a great house for 3 couples or a family. Although it was rather large for only 2 people, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with my brother and his wife for a relaxing family getaway. The house was SO clean and comfortable, it was WELL worth the money. It was just 15 minutes from the lake, and all the activities. This was great, because at the end of the day, we came home to the quiet of the woods! It was peaceful and awesome to be in nature and enjoy the weather from the expansive wrap around deck. I would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable home and great views. It is close to everything. The home has a well equipped kitchen. The mattresses were very comfortable and the pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful deck to sit on with hammock. You will love this home.

We absolutely recommend this home. This house is in a perfect location. Its close to everything. Besides all this, the house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The decks are amazing to relax and to have a family dinner outside. Absolutely everything in the house is beautiful.

Amenities were nice.

This was perfect for two families to each have their own space. I stayed here 5 nights with my sister/husband and our 4 toddlers. The hosts went above and beyond with the attention to detail- towel racks outside to dry off after hot tub , French press and coffee grinder, fully stocked kitchen. We also were so thankful for the A/C as it was high 80s. The views and balcony were spectacular for a glass of wine in the evening time.

Fantastic rental home. Super clean, even the patio furniture was free from bugs or webs. Love the app for the rental company. All instructions were clear and easy to find. Home is in a great location. Secluded but still close to town. Would definitely like to stay here again!

The place was lovely. It has a very welcoming and homey atmosphere. It is wonderfully decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Very clean with plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. We all loved it!

This home is better in person than in the pictures. Every room is so tastefully decorated, so not only is it comfortable, it’s beautiful. Even the downstairs area with the separate living room and bedrooms is soooo nice. The place was spotless when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive. We called them with a question and they didn’t answer the phone. We didn’t even leave a message and they called us right back. I will definitely stay here again. It’s my favorite place in Tahoe.

Our family enjoyed 4 nights at this lovely home. It’s very isolated and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was well-equipped and lots of seasonings were available. Management was easy to work with and accommodated all our needs.

This relaxing retreat is comfortable, spacious, and cozy. It is very clean and set up well for relaxation and enjoying those that have traveled with you. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The layout of the house is perfect because it has both gathering space and private spaces to spread out to relax. It is a few minutes out in a neighborhood, which was perfect for us. We liked being out in the trees. We skied at Heavenly Resort. The travel time to the resort was short. Coming back to this cabin and having a glass of wine or a craft beer on the quiet deck was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a family ski trip! Love the decor and set up. We had a wonderful time.

The house was really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Very pleased with the size and all the accommodations in the kitchen. Only issue was it was super dry, weirdly dry, may have been Tahoe but maybe they need to add a whole house humidifier? But other than that, place was great!

Beautiful airbnb- had all the amenities needed in the kitchen which was great. We were 6 adults and 3 kids and the place was perfect for us- very spacious. The place was spot on clean. Beddings were really nice and felt luxurious similar to a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

For our first time in South Tahoe, we couldn’t have had a better stay. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and provided us a great experience to enjoy the snow. Our time was magical looking out at the beautiful snowy forest views. My family and I will never forget our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

House lay out is very convenient for three families. Quite location, not far from village and casinos. Never had any issues with RnR. Very responsive and timely with any questions and issues.

Very relaxing and comfortable setting. Enjoyed our weekend stay! We got snowed in but the service from property management company were extremely helpful and kept in communication to make us feel safe. We managed to have a safe exit when their snow plow came. Thank you for an awesome stay!

It was a blessing to hang out with good company at a very warm welcoming home! Throughout the whole visit, we were most important comfortable and safe, while we had a most fun with our stay. We did get snowed in the morning we were scheduled to leave. I was stressed with the situation but R N R kept in communication with us as well as accommodating us with another night to make sure our exit was safe! The service they had provided was above and beyond! Snow plow came the very next day and we were able to leave the property feeling safe and comfortable. Hugely recommend the company overseeing the property and the property itself if you are looking to stay! Have a beautiful vacation.

This property worths every penny. The house is in excellent conditions.

Loved staying at this place!! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults that spent our time at the house and ski resort. The kitchen is great for cooking meals, and the hot tub was an added bonus. The rental company was very responsive and made checking in/out easy. Especially loved having two fire places, too!!

My wife and I recently enjoyed a long weekend at this property. It is well-appointed, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We had a brief issue with the wifi but RnR was able to resolve the issue remotely after a quick phone call. Very impressed! Highly recommend.

We rented this lovely home for (4) nights. We had planned to make breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. We brought kitchenware since we were unsure what would have been available. When we arrived, we were impressed with the wide variety of kitchenware available. The living room couches were comfortable and with the fire place on, it was very cozy. The view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was beautiful. The location home is not too far from stores which was convenient. We would rent this home again in the future.

This is my second time eating at this property and not the last. I absolutely love this house. It’s in a great location, has an amazing view, and a great price.

Great home in South Lake Tahoe. Our family had a blast. Within a very short walking distance to hiking trails right behind the backyard.

This house was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and stores (about 15 min drive) and it was very quiet at night. Here are a few things I would list as mild inconveniences: upstairs got way too hot temperature-wise and the fans didn’t help much, downstairs was cooler but had a bit of a musty smell (not too overwhelming, but noticeable) and we had to kill quite a few spiders so I think it could use a bug bomb. Other than that, we had a wonderful vacation!

This property is great. The only thing odd about it is the small stovetop, but otherwise, we have no complaints. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. And the hot tub is just an amazing feature.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was located on a very quiet cul de sac road, no traffic noise at all and very safe feeling area. The pictures did the house justice which is not always the case on some of these VRBO houses. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and this home was extremely clean, well maintained, and well stocked in the kitchen. I appreciated the no shoes request also, as our house at home is a no shoe house and it showed with the spotless carpet! Mattresses on the beds comfortable as well, no cutting corners in this house! The one thing I would change would be if there was some way to drastically darken the skylights in the master bedroom. They had lovely dark curtains on the window and door, but the sun lit up the whole room at 6:30am due to the skylights. Besides that one bit of constructive criticism, we very much loved this house and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an excellent rental experience and attention to detail!

Great place. Tahoe is amazing

Me and my 2 friends had the most pleasant stay here. As soon as we walked in we was just so happy, everything is so comfortable. We was really sad to leave but I will definitely try stay here again next time I’m in Lake Tahoe. Only issue we had was that we couldn’t watch anything on the tv as we only had UK bank cards to pay for Apple TV films so I had to set up my laptop with HDMI which was complicated with the amplifier etc. But apart from that was great

Best rental we've stayed at yet! Convenient location and cozy living

This house has it all. Wonderful views, everything you need, cozy, clean and a perfect floor plan. It is a quick drive to the lifts which was important to us too. I would highly recommend.

The views were beautiful and the floor plan was ideal for our family with all older children. We had everything we needed the entire time . The bedding was very nice, the couch in the living room was perfect for watching movies after a day of skiing . We drove a Suburban and it was so nice to have a garage to pull into every night and a relatively warm vehicle to get into every morning. I would highly recommend this rental.
