This 4BR newly constructed condo features a spacious kitchen, a bonus game room with pool table, and a fenced backyard with a private hot tub. Steps away from the paved Lake Tahoe Bikeway, you're a stone's throw from the Tahoe Keys Marina and a quick walk to many neighborhood eateries.

The open-concept living space connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living area has a comfy sofa that seats 5, a gas fireplace, and a 50" 4K UHD Samsung Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, a new GE gas range (with convection oven/air fry/griddle panel), large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table seats 8 with 5 additional seats at the kitchen counter. Upstairs is a bonus game room with a pool table and HDTV.

There is no air conditioning.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 10 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

This cabin was the perfect getaway. Its location was quiet and residential, yet minutes away from local attractions. I already want to come back!

The house is nice and clean, but it can accommodate far more people for sleeping than it can for relaxing. There are enough beds for 7 adults, but the living area (around the TV) has space for only for 4 adults to sit comfortably.

The kitchen was minimally stocked with cookware and the coffee pot was very cheap.

Although this unit is updated throughout, some of the windows are the originals and we’re sorry we had to find an alternative way to keep them propped open for your stay. We stayed at this property the entire month of July 2021, and we had a wonderful time! The home was so comfortable, fantastic mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and close to everything! The property management team was so helpful and responded immediately when we needed anything. We would absolutely go back! A wonderful property for families. Thank you!

Rnr is such a great place to rent from they get back to you quickly and are easy to work with. The home we stayed at was very clean and had everything we needed. This home does not have TV's in the bedrooms if that is something you are looking for. Currently the bed upstairs is lacking, but I contacted RnR and they are looking into. I will definitely rent from RnR again. This is a great unit for families.

Wonderful place to get together with friends. Tahoe Family Haven is in a great central location for any Lake Tahoe activity with plenty of room to hang out and visit, play games, etc. It was very clean and would recommend it to anyone else.

The Tahoe Family Haven, was the perfect location for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to shops, an 8 minute drive to the beach, and 12 minutes to Heavenly. It accommodated our family of 5 comfortably and our friends family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend this house to anyone staying with multiple families. Be aware there are a lot of short flights of stairs, if you can't manage them this is not the place for you! It was the perfect place for our families, and we would stay there again!

We have rented multiple vacation properties over the years and the RnR team is by far the best. They go above and beyond and have been responsive from the booking process to the end of our stay. They are extremely organized and every person on the team we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The house had a great vibe, was clean and functional. Location was ideal too. Code to shops, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the village but close enough that it would not deter from going to eat out there. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back to this house or another from RnR’s portfolio!
