This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 12 if children are included. It cannot host more than 7 adults. This applies 24/7.

Whether you are cooking a meal, playing board games at the dining table, or watching a movie in the living area you can still be a part of the action in this open-concept living space. Upstairs there’s even a bonus game room with a pool table and HDTV and outside you’ll find a fully fenced in backyard and private hot tub.
The living area has a comfy sofa that seats 5, a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights, and a 50"4K UHD Samsung smart TV.
The fully stocked and spacious kitchen will be a delight for the chef of the group. With plenty of counter space, fantastic pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, new GE gas range (w/ convection oven/air fry/griddle panel), new large fridge/freezer with ice maker, new microwave, & dishwasher. you have everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal for the family to enjoy.
When food is hot & ready to be served the dining table is just steps away with seating for 8. There are 5 additional seats at the kitchen counter.
If you prefer to dine al fresco the upper back deck has a gas BBQ and small table with seating for 2. There is also a picnic bench for added outdoor seating.
When it’s time for sleep there are 4 comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find bedrooms 1 & 2. Bedroom 1 has sliding door access to the backyard. Both rooms share the downstairs bathroom w/ single sink & shower/tub combo.
On the main level is the large master bedroom & bath complete w/ King bed, jetted tub, large walk-shower & double vanity. There is also access to the master bathroom from the hallway.
Lastly, bedroom 4 is located on the 3rd floor & has a queen bed & it’s own bath with single sink & shower/tub combo.
Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.
There is no air-conditioning.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

The house is nice and clean, but it can accommodate far more people for sleeping than it can for relaxing. There are enough beds for 7 adults, but the living area (around the TV) has space for only for 4 adults to sit comfortably.
The kitchen was minimally stocked with cookware and the coffee pot was very cheap.

Although this unit is updated throughout, some of the windows are the originals and we’re sorry we had to find an alternative way to keep them propped open for your stay. Rnr is such a great place to rent from they get back to you quickly and are easy to work with. The home we stayed at was very clean and had everything we needed. This home does not have TV's in the bedrooms if that is something you are looking for. Currently the bed upstairs is lacking, but I contacted RnR and they are looking into. I will definitely rent from RnR again. This is a great unit for families.

Wonderful place to get together with friends. Tahoe Family Haven is in a great central location for any Lake Tahoe activity with plenty of room to hang out and visit, play games, etc. It was very clean and would recommend it to anyone else.

Our time at Tahoe Family Haven was well overdue! This was our first outing since the COVID pandemic and it was nice to get away, breathe fresh air and enjoy beautiful scenery. This home is well maintained, clean, and has plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the hot tub!

The Tahoe Family Haven, was the perfect location for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to shops, an 8 minute drive to the beach, and 12 minutes to Heavenly. It accommodated our family of 5 comfortably and our friends family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend this house to anyone staying with multiple families. Be aware there are a lot of short flights of stairs, if you can't manage them this is not the place for you! It was the perfect place for our families, and we would stay there again!

We have rented multiple vacation properties over the years and the RnR team is by far the best. They go above and beyond and have been responsive from the booking process to the end of our stay. They are extremely organized and every person on the team we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The house had a great vibe, was clean and functional. Location was ideal too. Code to shops, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the village but close enough that it would not deter from going to eat out there. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back to this house or another from RnR’s portfolio!
This cabin was the perfect getaway. Its location was quiet and residential, yet minutes away from local attractions. I already want to come back!
