Beautiful

The home is spacious and well appointed with the most beautiful view. The grounds and amenities are well cared for and the location is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and basic spices and oils. We would definitely stay here again! One suggestion for the complex: it would be nice to have more lounge chairs at the pool and on the grassy area by the lake for more sunning options.

Our stay here was beyond amazing! We came to Lake Tahoe from Pittsburgh, PA with four family members. We were here because we were getting married and wanted a place right on the water but close enough to everything going on too. The views were absolutely stunning! Our stay was everything we wanted & more. Dan was also more than accommodating to us and was there for anything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again. What you see is what you get!

Beautiful property and super convenient to skiing at Heavenly. Property manager was extremely friendly and helpful and the condo was gorgeous!

This was truly amazing and breath taking with the views and cleanliness. Having a place like this to stay made the whole trip fantastic.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is a very nice house and was perfect for some time away.

The condo was great and the views exceeded our expectations. It's right on the water with mountain views, a 4 minute walk to the Boathouse on the Pier restaurant, and just a few minutes drive to the Heavenly gondola & Incline Village. We received daily updates from the property management team, and Dan Breckenridge, the on site maintenance/caretaker greeted us on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, spices, etc for our party of 8. There was also plenty of seating around the living room fireplace and dining table for all of us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the hot tub as it had a leak that wasn't repaired during our stay. The shower water pressure was weak, but looked like it could be fixed with a lime treatment, or new showerheads. Viking appliances are nice, but the fridge is not very deep, so a weekend's worth of groceries for 8 was about all it could hold. Definitely pick up more ice for your stay. Between bloody Mary's, bourbon on the rocks, and margaritas, we gave the ice maker a workout. I've passed the Sierra Shores listing onto several family & friends, and would absolutely stay again. We appreciate you opening your vacation home to us, and as an artist, I loved your beautiful glasswork, and paintings. Thank you!

This is our second yearly stay in the same unit. The location is perfect. Right on the lake. Even though the property is right off the main street in and out of town the property is quiet and has a secluded feel. The unit itself has a large perfectly equipped kitchen and large open living and dining spaces. Plenty of room for family to relax without feeling cramped. We'll be back I'm sure.

Second yearly stay. Couldn't be better. Right on the lake. Large open living and dining spaces. Large well equipped kitchen. Even though it is on the main street in and out of town the complex is very quiet and has a secluded feel. Is close to restaurants, movies, grocery stores and activities.

Views were amazing both day and night from the balcony. Grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance. Easy access to the lake. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and bedrooms and living area were spacious. Would definitely rent this unit again!

We had 4 groups of us. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom which was a huge plus. Everything in description was accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to stay here but not sure if I would stay here again

Incredible location with gorgeous lake views. Exceptionally clean and well appointed property. The dishwasher works in a limited capacity but has physically damaged panel controls and needs replacement. Loved the carpet. Seamless check-in and out. Awesome place and would stay here again.

Beautiful spot!

This was the second time we rented this place and just as the first time (a year ago), everything was perfect. Great location, close to everything worth doing in Lake Tahoe. Right next to the lake and the services inside the cabin are just great. There was a power outage due to the weather conditions and by the time a reach my phone to report it, I already had a message from RnR Vacations explaining the reason for the power outage, and an estimated time for power restoration. That was very impressive. Can't wait for next year to stay here again.

Wonderful condo. Exceptional experience

This property is perfectly located near Heavenly village and right across the street from Safeway supermarket. The property itself is gorgeous and clean. The view of the lake is like a fantasy. Our experience was simply magical and we’d go back in a heartbeat.

Great spot! Close to everything in South Tahoe. Tvs kept turning on randomly throughout the night but probably just an update issue.

The location was excellent for enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake and walking or driving to necessary retail and services. We could easily drive to local recreational areas. The condo had a spacious patio with nice furnishings and gas grill. The interior layout worked well for our family of 6 and the kitchen was well equipped. We did not feel that the carpet throughout was user friendly.

South Lake Tahoe dream home and amazing views! Excellent layout, spacious, and elegant decor! This is by far the best rental vacation property we have ever had the privilege of staying in.

The house is very very nice, roomy, clean, has a beautiful waterfront view with accessible beach, easily accessed from a Main Street, across the street from Safeway, and is 1.5 miles (safe walking route) to the gondola, ski rental places, entertainment, and shopping. I totally recommend.

Great place and amazing location! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check in was very easy and the condo is gorgeous. The condo is clean, filled with all amenities. The first night we explored the town but the other nights we just enjoyed relaxing. The lake view is spectacular! Definitely coming back in the summer.

This rental was everything we had hoped for. It was the perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and just across the street from a grocery store and gas station. Short drive to many hiking spots. The rental was clean and quiet and had all the amenities we we needed. Staff at RnR vacation rentals were polite and helpful. Definitely will rent from them again!

We had a wonderful stay. My daughter got married at the Beach retreat next door and your beautiful place let the family stay together. Views are amazing!

A very positive experience. The home was beautiful and in a perfect spot for views of the lake and easy access to restaurants and groceries. Only problem was that the heat/AC was a tad over complicated, but, we sorted it out.

This is the rental to book! It was perfect for our group of six adults. The rental was exactly as the pictures and description shown. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The property was very clean and provided hand sanitizer for our stay. They even left us a welcome bottle of wine! This is an amazing unit with four great bedrooms and a great room open floor plan with high end finishes and an amazing lake view.

It is about two miles from stateline which was fine for my family but something to consider if you'd prefer to walk right out the door to the best restaurants and entertainment.

There is a great gated access to the lake front and you have about a mile of lakefront to walk.
We'd come back again!

Had a long weekend at this property. It's as advertised. Amazing view, beautiful property inside and out. Definitely a great Tahoe location, close to everything.

Well worth the cost if you value being on the Lake

Our annual family vacation is something we look forward to all year and treasure the memories. Lake Tahoe is a family favorite. The Sierra Shores property was great for the whole family. The private deck overlooking the lake and great sunsets were spectacular. There were 10 of us and it housed us adequately. The large table facilitated family meals during the day and card games at night. We had elderly grandparents along and the elevator came in so handy. Everyone found the bedrooms comfortable. Safeway across the street was great for last minute grocery items. The gas barbeque on the deck with table was nice. We had a family member who was on a liquid protein diet and the kitchen was missing a blender. We searched all the local stores and could not find one. Staff delivered a new one the next day, very great service. We walked next door to the public beach and also rented a boat at the marina. The pool was closed due to Covid and that was a disappointment but cannot blame the property owner for that. Parking is tight but the walk across the street to the Safeway parking lot was short and our concerns of vehicles being broken into was unwarranted. We requested extra towels and received them. It was a great and memorable family vacation for the whole family. I recommend the property.

The rental company was very helpful with any questions we had.
The place was clean and beautiful and we all felt extremely comfortable. The only negative about the place is the garbage location, which is far from the house.
Everything else was amazing.
