Float the Truckee River from the put-in at Elks Club Drive, hit the links at Tahoe Golf Course, bike the Sawmill bike path, or hike up to Twin Peaks for sweeping mountain views. Then come home to unwind in a cozy great room warmed by a gas fireplace, with a wooden bench out front for taking in the fresh mountain air.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway (no garage). Maximum occupancy is enforced 24/7.

The open-concept living room is the heart of the home, with a gas fireplace, 50" flat-screen TV and plenty of seating room for your group. Sink into the large sofa and loveseat, or pull up to the ottoman with its lift-top surface for a casual meal. A desk with an office chair offers a spot to stay connected if you need to work remotely.

The kitchen features wood countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a Frigidaire refrigerator with built-in ice maker and water dispenser, a 5-burner gas LG range and oven, and a Whirlpool dishwasher. A large sink makes prep work easy, and 2 stools at the kitchen island offer casual seating.

Step outside to grill on the gas BBQ, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the trails, or relax on the wooden bench beside the house, surrounded by tall pines and the beautiful natural setting the area is known for. Nearby hiking trails make it easy to get out and explore. Please note the yard is not fenced.

About the Area:
Perfectly situated between South Lake Tahoe and Meyers, this location puts you at the crossroads of everything the basin has to offer. Just minutes away, the Truckee River put-in at Elks Club Drive makes for an easy float on warm summer afternoons, and anglers will find great fly fishing right in the river as well. Golfers will appreciate the close proximity to Tahoe Golf Course, while frequent travelers benefit from quick access to the Lake Tahoe Airport. For those who prefer two wheels or two feet, the Sawmill bike path offers a scenic, low-traffic route for cycling, and the Twin Peaks trailhead delivers some of the area's most rewarding hiking, with sweeping views over the lake and surrounding mountains. Rock climbers will also love the location, with the popular "Pie Shop" climbing area a short walk down Sawmill Road.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

Key ordinances include:

• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• A maximum of 4 people are permitted at any one time

Pet-Friendly: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval and an additional fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s). Please note that this home is located directly off Highway 50, and guests may experience occasional road noise, particularly during peak travel times. Pet owners should also keep a close eye on their dogs outdoors and ensure they remain safely away from the roadway.

This home does not have air conditioning.
