Enjoyed this house, it was perfect for our family vacation.

Great place! The neighborhood is very quiet and the outdoor space is great. Large backyard area and nice decks to relax! The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable. There were instructions where needed throughout the home and everything worked well. The host was very communicative. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The size of home and large bedrooms were awesome for our family Christmas vacation. It was super clean, had all the amenities you need for the kitchen, cozy, and we loved the fireplace! Some things to know before staying: there’s no easy accessible bathroom for the kids room. It’s either walk to the bathroom downstairs or kids need to use one of the primary bedroom en suites. For some families not a problem, but some it might. The pet rules are pretty strict, however, it’s the cleanest pet air BnB we’ve ever stayed at for that reason! So we appreciated it. We do wish the check out time was later. It’s hard with little kids and a big family getting out of there in time when you’re on vacation to slow down. But we planned ahead packed what we could the night before and made a day of coffee shops, shopping and eating before heading back home. Overall it was a great home and our family made awesome memories! Recommend.

Beautiful and spacious home. Everything was very clean, the bedrooms and living areas were very large and comfortable. Overall the house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. The property management company is also very well organized, easy to contact and provided clear instructions on everything. Would love to stay here again!

We went this past weekend to attend our niece's wedding in beautiful Lake Tahoe. This was the perfect house for my family. It is very spacious , sleeps several guests, lots of clean extra blankets if needed. Beds are very comfortable, and the two main bedrooms upstairs have private bathrooms. The two younger family members enjoyed the foosball table and board games and watching television in the family room. The house is very family friendly in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. This immaculate property is top notch and is surrounded by majestic trees. Jacuzzi, washer dyer, very well equipped large kitchen. One word, FANTASTIC!

My husband and I shared this beautiful home with our kids in their 20’s. This house is nice and big, plenty of room to spread out and the jacuzzi definitely came in handy after skiing. Would definitely use it again.

Great stay and very responsive hosts. The instructions were clear, and Paradise Found had lots of amenities. Each drawer was clearly labeled and the place was obviously cleaned well with no signs of residue. The place can only fit two cars but was just large enough for our full size SUV and pickup truck. Overall it was a great stay and we had lots of fun!

My family had a fantastic stay in this house. The house is big, very comfortable and well equipped. Location is very good, just a few minutes from a grocery store and around 15-20mins to the ski resorts.

We loved this home! Comfortable spaces and beds, well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, multiple bedrooms, large backyard to play in. No complaints other than there is no garage so bring a car scraper if you plan to be there during a heavy snow. Our family really enjoyed this space.

Winter Wonderland

EXCELLENT home and very well run. We have booked many homes in Tahoe for last-minute trips and have never had one as clean, nice or well run as this. The team running it is exceptionally nice and organized. This one definitely gets my top rating plus a star :)

Good size house that easily accommodated 2 families. Nice sized kitchen with a foosball table off to the side. Doesn't have a garage and parking only allows for 2 cars.

For our family, this rental was top-notch! It's on a very quiet street, very clean, with all the amenities important to us: A well-stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, quiet and efficient furnace, upgraded kitchen, and bathrooms with good towels. The downstairs bedroom allowed one guest not to have to use a staircase (except to get to the hot tub). Highly recommended.

We stayed at 1609 Sitka for about a week with a family of 5 and the property was well maintained, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. A grocery store is 2 minutes away (Holiday Market, which is actually a real grocery store, unlike the name implies). Nicely equipped kitchen, grill outside. We'd stay there again.

The home was well furnished. On the second floor, there were two very large bedrooms and one large bedroom for multiple children with one more bedroom on the first floor that was a normal size. Nice and quiet location that was about 15 minutes from main Tahoe. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed the home. It was spacious and clean, with everything we could have needed in the kitchen. The location was very convenient. It took about 15-20 minutes to get into town (Heavenly Village area). The neighborhood itself was peaceful and provided for a good workout (walking the inclined roads)! Beds were comfortable and the family room with TV was cozy for hanging out. The hot tub and foosball table were entertaining. We had one issue with bees near the hot tub and the management company addressed in a very timely manner.
We would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here with a party of 8 adults and found the house clean and well-equipped for a group of this size. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and close to many activities in the South Lake. We did several day trips and enjoyed the natural hikes and lake views.

We did a fair amount of cooking, and found that the kitchen had all of the necessary tools and equipment to make large meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony, and the seating area on the deck in the evenings.

The house was clean and pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it for a large group looking for a lakeside getaway.

Our 6 kids called this trip the best vacation ever, largely due to this fabulous house! The hot tub on the upper deck was perfect for relaxing after a day of playing at the beach and the best local shops and restaurants are only minutes away from the quiet residential neighborhood this house is tucked into. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out; the kids bunk room had puzzles, toys, and books to keep them entertained and there were games, movies, and foosball for us to enjoy together as a family. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully loaded with everything we could possible need for our large family, and everything was immaculately clean! The included washer and dryer were another amazing bonus. We loved relaxing with our drinks on the porch while the kids explored the beautiful meadow full of wildflowers in the backyard. This stay was a 10/10 and we are already looking forward to coming back in the winter to enjoy the snow from this perfect spot!

This home was perfect. Two master bedrooms with bathrooms were convenient and such a great feature for the adults. The kids room was perfect! Multiple beds, access to the hot tub, and plenty of space. The downstairs was perfect for just spending time together, playing games, and enjoying food and drinks. The meadow behind the house is more than a yard, it’s beautiful to look out on each morning. Location of the home is perfect! Only a short drive (about 10-15 min)from the lake, restaurants, shopping, and casinos. We loved this home!

The house was wonderfully appointed. Very warm and homey. Loved the solitude and peacefulness. Great fit for 8-10. Would definitely love to return.

This property had perfect cabin wall decor - some just adorable - some fascinating. Kitchen appliances were top notch, property was clean (and I am particular about this being a nurse.) All the information is easily available in a notebook right on the kitchen counter ready-to-hand. Not as close to the lakeside as I had thought it would be, but easily driveable in about a 10 minute drive to stores and casinos. The only draw back to anyone looking for a place to have a large family gathering (we had a family wedding taking place in Tahoe so we had a lot of married couples attending from vastly different areas) is total lack of parking. Be aware!! If you have to have more than two cars! They are good about warning you of this fact - and regulations are strict, but the only solution offered is any family members over the two vehicles would need to go to the casinos to leave their cars and another to drive them back. The drive to the casinos is NOT Close! So be prepared to drive even longer than getting to the lakeside. I had a brand new car that I did Not want to leave overnight in an unsupervised area, and I believe? that some casino parking requires paid spaces. The only other drawback to the property for me with severe arthritis is that it would be Very helpful if there was perhaps a large flat wooden box (or something else) to use as a step for that first step up on to the porch from the driveway. That one step is a doozy. The fireplace was a delight when we first arrived with snow everywhere. I probably would not be able to stay in summer without air conditioning, even though it usually cools off very nicely in Tahoe at night, but I don’t take heat well. If we had any other family get aways I would definately consider this as long as it was one where we could easily condense family (along with clothes food and all the other Stuff you have to bring) into only two vehicles. Even the stairs were tolerable for everyone else in the family. It was necessary for me to give up the master bedroom (even though we paid for most of the rental) but one of my married children and spouse were thrilled - lol. And I had to stay in the only downstairs bedroom. It has a slightly smaller bed (a larger one in that room would be very helpful) but if I can not do a lot of stairs constantly - it was a good solution. Thanks for a lovely place, comfortable with great amenities. Compared to other Tahoe cabins at the same price point it’s Great

This beautiful home is amazing! Very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. We were a family of 8 (grandkids ages 6,7 & 7). Plenty of room. The two master suites both were very large. Plenty of room for all our things. The kitchen was supplied with dishes and cookware. There is also a foosball table which was very fun. Lots of toys and games. Overall the house is in the perfect spot. Away from traffic but not to far from all the fun. Can’t wait to come back!❤️

This house was perfect for location! Not too far from the main city strip, very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Quiet and great foe a family getaway. Cozy to be comfortable yet spacious to not feel like you are all on top of each other. The rooms were so big and each having a bathroom was very nice. We want to come again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Too cold to try out the hot tub. A little long to get to the slopes, but we believe that was due to too much traffic the week we were there. We would definitely recommend to others.

This is a clean, well-ordered place, serene among the tall trees, and we felt right at home as if in our very own forest lodge. Several of us traveled far for a family reunion, and the woodsy setting was magical. One of the basic joys in life is a good night’s sleep, and that was had by all in the peaceful woods, wrapped cozily in our super-comfy beds. This spacious property is well-designed, and the central open kitchen is a pleasure with an entire complement of cookery, bakeware, and serving pieces to feed a full house. Appliances are well-functioning and high quality, and every need seems to have been anticipated. Large open fields without fences are the character of the homes here, and access to the backyard is out the kitchen door where the back deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and dining table al fresco. Markets for fresh produce and the cook’s list, plus an array of tasty options for takeout, are just a short car ride into town. The kitchen has counter seating next to a family-size dining table, and we had plenty of space for simultaneous prep and chatter while we cooked. The foosball in the open family room was a hit. We sat the kids at the in-kitchen round table for food and games and later headed into the living room to lounge and watch movies. The wi-fi is solid, and so is the TV’s cable selection, yet it’s easy to find the quiet nook to read a book; I especially liked to cocoon on the front porch deck that wraps around to the living room. The hilly streets are a walker’s delight, and nearby is a field of giant boulders, seemingly dropped there by mythical giants, but probably Jurassic age; and the kids and dogs had a ball climbing and finding hideouts. The gorgeous Lake Tahoe is a ten-minute drive. We headed to the sandy beach with paddle boards and towels to nap on, under the trees swaying gently in the breeze. No wonder they call it Heavenly. We didn’t really want to leave so soon.

I booked this place for a family reunion recently, and it was outstanding. It was actually very comfortable for 9 people! Everything is very high quality, including excellent quality kitchen equipment, mattresses and a very comfy living room. The proximity to Lake Tahoe, Fallen Leaf Lake and the mountains is wonderful. We got to do a lot of hiking (summer) and didn't have to go very far to get onto the trail! There is also a huge, unfenced backyard with plenty of space to walk and play.

This property is a great place to stay when in the Lake Tahoe area. We were immediately struck by the warm homey feeling upon entering. The house is very roomy, clean and neat with many modern appliances, beautiful furnishings, and unique art. There are two huge ensuite master bedrooms and one large bedroom on the second floor. There is a fourth bedroom along with an adjacent full bath on the first floor. There is enough room for ten to sleep. The very large kitchen has tons of cabinet space and is open to the dining area. There is a large front porch and also a rear deck off of the kitchen on which to eat outdoors or just relax on. As a bonus the second floor deck has a large sauna that can be accessed from one of the master bedrooms.No need for air conditioning. Our stay was in the summer with daytime temperatures at least in the upper 80's. The house stayed cool thanks in part to the shade from the tall trees surrounding the house. We just opened the windows and there were cool breezes blowing through the house all day.If you want to be where the action is, head to South Lake Tahoe. What makes this location great is that it is away from the hustle and bustle in the city of South Lake Tahoe and Lake Tahoe itself. It is located in a beautifully wooded residential area that is very peaceful and quiet, yet only a 5 minute drive from a well-stocked grocery store (they have everything) and a gas station. There are several hiking trails nearby. We loved walking our dog around the neighborhood and nearby trails.I wish I would have brought my bike. There are plenty of biking trails for both road bikes (that's me) or mountain bikes. You can bike practically anywhere in South Lake Tahoe from this location. Oh yeah, don't forget about the great beaches not far away.We would definitely want to stay at this South Lake Tahoe property again!We had a wonderful relaxing time. Nothing but good memories.

We loved everything about this house, it had all the comforts of home and much more. The location was great, it was so quiet at night and in the morning we were awaken with the beautiful songs from the song birds in the trees. The house and backyard are amazing, the perfect retreat from being at the beach all day. The staff are amazing as well, so friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our stay and look forward to staying again soon.

I cannot believe what a lovely time we had in April in South Tahoe. Very fine house, fully equipped for over 10 people and just a great get away feeling. During this 'covid' time we found things to do including cooking in a fully dish-pots and pan and spices stocked kitchen; wonderful private woodsy area; great trails for hiking; nice grocery-liquor store two mile round-trip for hiking from the house; and, a very clean house. Two large master bedroom with baths; one large bunkbed(s) room; a little bedroom and bath off the kitchen and sleeping on nice comfortable beds was nice, warm and special. Cuisinart coffee maker; food processor; jen-air range; outside grill; hot tub with a view of woods and snow; television with all the channels made for a lovely vacation. Makes me want to move there.The snow was good for snow -shoeing and there were days where I actually got a tan hiking. We went to the beach, shopping and out to eat in a very nice nearby restaurant. There are golf courses but the public ones were closed because of covid. Miniature golf opened.

This house was just perfect for our two family vacation (four kids under 8 years old). Close to Heavenly and we were able to sled right next to the property. And the hot tub just ended the night perfectly! The house was perfectly clean and RnR Vacation Rentals made the process seamless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect getaway after or in between Covid restrictions. A very spacious comfortable house, nestled in a lovely wooded area with all the right amenities. Great kitchen too. The kids and (and adults) loved the sledding right in front of the house. A winter wonderland, indeed!

I found this rental when I was searching for a nice place for my friends and me to stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I wanted to find a place we would be comfortable remaining the whole weekend, as we were not comfortable going out anywhere during COVID. This was the perfect spot for us. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We brought in all our food and cooked in every night. The neighborhood was great for morning walks with the dog, and we were a very close drive to the PCT. And having the hot tub was wonderful! The property management was helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend this rental, and we would stay here again.

As a former mayor of San Francisco and active traveller, my family and I have visited many extraordinary, lovely places for long holiday weekends and vacations. Some of our favorites include Carmel, the Napa- Sonoma Wine country, Yosemite National Park, and Santa Cruz. In June of 2020, after more than 3 months of Covid 19 self quarantine, we really needed a special place and found this magnificent new family spot in South Lake Tahoe called "Tahoe Paradise." Although it has been available for over a year, this wonderful 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home feels new and offered everything we look for in a vacation rental: location, affordability, attractiveness, easy car access, and immaculate inside and out. "Tahoe Paradise" is located just outside South Lake Tahoe City with all of its urban offerings from Casinos to good food...yet it is situated up against the El Dorado National Forest which makes it very amenable to stimulating nature hikes and bird watching. I preferred golf at the nifty little public golf course at the bottom of the mountain followed by a stint in the hot tub while my adult kids and grandkids visited the pristine Lake Tahoe beaches. First thing that one notices upon arriving is that the house itself is supremely clean and feels very "homey." The kitchen has everything a family or group may wish to prepare from a snack to a full meal. The spacious rooms for adults and kids have board games and even a Foosball game. The furniture...especially the beds...was most comfortable and your senses are stimulated by original art on the walls. The large backyard looks like a meadow. Much of our indoor time, usually spent in the kitchen and dining room that open onto one of three decks that are attached to the house, was highlighted by watching grandkids dance to music provided by a solid WiFi connection that also allowed me to receive important communications. By the second day we were all so comfortable that it felt like we had been going to "Tahoe Paradise" all our lives. Try it...if you don't agree...you should never vote for me.

We loved the place and it was perfect for my 4 grown children and my awesome 14 month old grandson. The location was great only short drive to downtown stores or heavenly ski resort. The place was very clean and everything was in great shape. All the kitchen amenities we very nice and worked. We loved sitting around the large kitchen table talking about the day as we prepared meals. We also enjoyed the Hot Tub at night time. A sparkling clean house with a large kitchen I found everything that I needed to make great meals. Everything one needs for cooking and dining. 3 bathrooms with luxurious towels; large Bedrooms and beautifully laid out rooms. Every room has the wooded forest view and the backyard leads to long walks for the family. Bring your snow gear, wine and books. Great getaway.

This is a spacious well appointed house, ideal for a stay close to Lake Tahoe and skiing. The kids enjoyed the large backyard, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax in the house.

It was such a pleasure staying here. This well-sized house feels more like a resort - it sleeps our family, kids, and friends, very comfortably (love the kitchen and the master suites). Everything about the place was clean and well maintained; the amenities (hot tub, foosball table, games) provide for a nice bonus. Even our dog was really into it. What I really like about this place is that it's a handsome cool vacation home that is not cliche.

The only problem we had was that the refrigerator section does not cool down below 51F regardless of how long it is on - or what it is set for. The freezer is fine. Other than that minor problem, we had a great time.
