With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gas fireplace, a gas barbecue, and parking for 3 cars, this large home is primed for the perfect vacation.
Start your day by checking the morning ski report fireside, gazing out at the mountain through expansive double-pane windows. After a day on the slopes, BBQ and dine outside or unwind with apres ski festivities at the nearby Himmel Haus, just three doors down. This prime location also offers easy access to endless hiking and biking trails, with the lake, restaurants, and shopping just minutes away.

Nearby Activities & Area Info:
Directly across the street from Heavenly California Lodge. Numerous restaurant options on Ski Run Blvd. At the end of Ski Run Blvd is the Lake Tahoe Harbor with boat and jet ski rentals, shopping, and dining. The Saddle Road-Tahoe Rim Trailhead is just down the street, open year-round.

• This home accommodates a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 7 adults. This applies 24/7.

House Rules:
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside, ensuring privacy and protecting against noise complaints.
Security cameras at the front of the home ensure parking compliance. No video devices are used inside the home.
No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).

This was one of our favorite family trips ever! It was the perfect space for our family of 5 with 2 kids and grandmother, who got her own studio space. Books and toys for the kids, nice yard and deck. There wasn't snow yet and we were here working remotely. Despite lack of snow there was still lots to do. Straight shot view of Heavenly ski slopes. Hiking and biking trails were right out the front door and we took full advantage. Himmel Haus restaurant is our new favorite and a block away. Down town and the village was right down the road. We hope to get back there soon so we can Apres!!

We had an incredible stay at this luxury, 4-bedroom ski-in, ski-out cabin, nestled right at the base of the California Lodge at Heavenly Ski Resort. the tram that takes you up the slopes is literally across the parking lot, just a minute’s walk away —so convenient! The mountain views were stunning, and the cabin was super comfortable for our family, with a cozy gas fireplace inside and a firepit in the backyard where we made smores with the kids. Our dog loved the place too and the walks around the block where we even saw a bear in a tree! We also found a restaurant just three doors down that was cozy and delicious. We had an amazing stay, and RnR made booking a breeze!
You can’t get much closer than this to the Heavenly Tram. We stayed here for 4 nights to ski/snowboard and it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the tram at Heavenly. The home was clean, spacious, modern, cozy and in a prime location. It was also very dog friendly with a large backyard and a walking path in front of the home. Host was very responsive and courteous. We will be booking this home again for next season!
