This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 6. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Exterior cameras are present in the front of the home to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
