The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and large quartz countertops with dining for 8 at the table and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

You're just minutes from scenic hiking and biking trails, marinas, restaurants, and popular beaches like Pope, Kiva, and Baldwin. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping are close by, while Heavenly Mountain Resort and Tahoe Keys Marina are only a short drive away. Community amenities include:

Access to these amenities requires an additional fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys Property Owner's Association office along with a rental agreement as proof of stay.

We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 6 adults. This applies 24/7.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge)

Pets are not allowed in this home. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can assist you in finding a dog-friendly property.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
