Excellent - Lake Tahoe is stunning!

Enjoyed our stay in this cozy one bedroom condo. It is well furnished, well kept, and comfortable. Probably one of the best furnished kitchens we've encountered. It is small though. Living room is comfortable, everything worked and is in good repair. I also can't say enough about the rental company. They are very good at communicating and follow up. The staff are friendly and have a good sense of humor. From first contact to last, probably the best I've met.

Clean and perfect for our trip. The road was very loud. But I’d stay again. Shower was terrible.

Awesome location, really outdated property and furnishings

If you’re looking for somewhere with lake and pool access without breaking the bank this spot is perfect. The beach and beachside pool/hot tub were a short walk and there is an additional pool and hot tub (usually less crowded) right next to the condo at the check in building! The small balcony (no lake view) that is accessed through the bedroom or living area sliding doors is right along the main road so if you’re sensitive to noise this may not be ideal. They did have a sound machine that was very helpful. The condo was well stocked with essentials such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, makeup cleansing wipes and laundry pods for use in nearby laundry room down the hall. We were pleased to find the unit has 2 large closets and ample hangers which was nice to keep clothes and luggage out of the way. Two kids slept on the pull out couch and no complaints. We would definitely stay in Lakeland village again!

Great overall stay the spot is super close to heavenly village and like 5 mins away from the state line where all the casinos are. It’s a great spot to be centralized to everything.

great location! we loved the private beach , the apartment was clean and met all of our expectations. close distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, casinos.. Just very pretty overall

Property was as listed. Parking and check in were nice & easy. Property featured its own private beach access as well as other amenities such as pool/hot tub.

The unit was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds have trees everywhere so you feel you are in nature. The pools were great and having use of lounge chairs, bbq grills, fire pits and tables on the lake were a great plus. The kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. I would definitely recommend this property.

The one bedroom Condo met all my needs. It was cozy, comfortable and conveniently located near many shops and restaurants.

The unit was clean and in an excellent location. the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a clean kitchen.

Great spot. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location next to CVS and Safeway and up close to the beach. Heavenly Village is about a 5 minute drive away with more good food options. Would love to stay again!

Clean space and great location. Short walk to the private beach. Walking distance to CVS which was so nice when we realized we forgot a few small things. Can’t wait to come back and stay again

From beginning to end this was overall a great experience RNR is truly a top notch rental company to deal with while staying in Tahoe. The unit it self was the right size for my husband, myself and son. The ac was a plus was a bit warm this trip and certainly needed it. The only down side to this rental is how close it is to the street can be very noisy.

Stayed 4th of July week and were thrilled to have guaranteed beach access that busy week, and for the fireworks. Unit is very clean - good quality bedding. Smells a bit like pot :) so we aired it out throughout the stay. Very small water closet / shower area. Take note if you’re a family of larger people. Staff and communication are awesome. Parking was a challenge during holiday week but we figured it out. We’d stay again!

Overall good location to lake and stores, casinos. Road traffic was audible but not too bad. Water was turned off due to water main break at facility but was fixed same day. Host was quick to respond with bottled water.
