Lakeland Village #482 - Ultimate PlayStation Remodel

We stayed at the start of winter and found the property to be well designed for the snow season - double door entry with a large space for wet boots/jackets etc. The home is comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the kids books and games that were available for our toddlers. Lots of room to relax and play, and the well equipped kitchen allowed us to make meals easily. The beds weren’t as comfy as we’d like, but it was good having two big rooms on the same floor so we were close to sleeping kids overnight. We had a leaking tap during our stay and it was fixed within hours - very impressed with the maintenance service! Location is great with restaurants & grocery store just a minute’s walk away. Great access to the lake and a short drive to Heavenly base & the gondola.

We had a nice stay at this Lakeland Village condo with our four children (ages 10 and under). The PlayStation was a hit with the kids and the location is perfect for walking to the lake, the pool/spa, and to Heavenly Village. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. They were quick to bring baby gates when we realized we needed them in order to keep our toddler corralled so we could relax some. It was overall a great time at the lake :)

None of us had ever been to Lake Tahoe before and this was the perfect place to stay. The bedrooms were all very nice and spacious. Easy parking with pool and beach access. Perfectly located as well.

This atmosphere was nothing short of perfect; with the cozy place to the relaxing lake and outdoors. My guests and I enjoyed the privilege of the activities and perks provided. It felt like home very quickly and can’t wait to be back soon!

I love that there was a PS5 which was my favorite part. The beds were very comfy. I also liked that it was video game themed.

This location in Lakeland Village is perfect for a lake or ski destination. The unit comfortably slept six people and had space for hanging out and entertaining. No issues as unit was as described. Both the Lake and pool/hot tub are steps away and the shuttle into the Gondola base area is right off the road and very convenient. We had a great stay and would recommend to guest looking for a great location with a larger group!

We had a great stay, the unit was as described. We will likely book again, it worked out great for myself, my two sons, and my mom. We had plenty of space. The extra games and ps5 were definitely a bonus and enjoyed by the kids. The location was great as well.

We had a great time at this vacation home. It was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and well appointed. There were fun things to do for the entire family. The location of the home is excellent. The best thing is the proximity to the private beach. The bonus is being at walking distance to everything fun! The kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to have some meals at home as well. Recommend this home for all travelers looking to enjoy their time in South Lake Tahoe.

What an amazing perfect place right next to the majestic lake! Loved the clean home, beds and PS5! Lots of endless fun for our family. Convenient location to Heavenly resort is such a bonus. Smooth checkin, plenty of parking. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Our stay was great. The condo was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect. We have two younger children, so having both the lake and pool within walking distance was great. The location was extremely convenient with both restaurants and shops all around. Our condo was spotless, and included a binder full of helpful information about both the vi do and surrounding area. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great Lake Tahoe condo for up to 8 people. Clean and neat and good quality kitchen tools and appliances. The owners thought of every single need for vacationers. RnR responded immediately to our request for a drip coffee maker, and to a couple other routine questions. I will definitely reserve this unit for our next Tahoe vacation. Wonderful place to stay!

Clean, well appointed townhouse-style condo just steps from a sandy beach and the lake. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2 families. Upper floors can get hot but the ground floor, where most of the beds are, stays cool. Enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was extremely well equipped: Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal and/or eat in. Towels, bedding and beds were super comfortable. Location is a minute or two walk to a beautiful and quiet beach with chaise lounges and sunsets to enjoy every night. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was a bit challenging with no master bedroom, but we were otherwise very happy, especially with the large Livingroom/Kitchen combo to enjoy with our family of four!!

The condo was clean and had all basic necessities. Perfect location right by the water and walking distance from the beach to the boat rental location that also had shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our time and the ability to walk down to the water for the beautiful Tahoe sunsets. Definitely would book again.

Our family had a great time at the home. The location was great with a lot of restaurants, shops and beach access. Our boys loved the playstation during downtime and the property had great amenities available with our favorite being able to easily go between the beach and pool!

Nice and comfortable condo! Close to Beach, close to the stores, restaurants, just a wonderful location overall! The condo was very clean and check in with super easy. We will definitely be back!

All we did is show up and punch in the code when we arrived and when we checked out we just left after following the instructions prior to leaving to clean up a bit. GREAT LOCATION!!!

Everything as advertised! Wish we could have set the temp for the full time there...Nest temp reset to locked temp every 1-2hrs.

Place is as good as vacation rentals get. Check in process is painless. Place was spacious and accurate to listing. Had a mini basketball hoop that was a fun surprise and two great hot tubs.

Perfect location with wonderful weather. We truly enjoyed our occasional Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend the villa for your vacation. Right on the lake and close to town.

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful townhouse which is just 1 mins walk away from private beach. The house was very clean and enough space for 6 people to adjust comfortably.
