With four bedrooms, a lofted 3rd-floor sleeping area, and three bathrooms, this townhome is tailor-made for families seeking a memorable ski trip or a sun-soaked beach vacation. Beautiful polished hardwood floors, full-size appliances, and a wood-burning fireplace in the open-concept living area.
This home does not have air conditioning.
This large classic Tahoe townhome is where adventure meets comfort, with plenty of space for family gatherings. Everyone can gather in the living area near the fireplace on the 2nd floor, and at the kitchen bar with granite countertops while the chef prepares food. The kids will enjoy the lofted sleeping area overlooking the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with every major appliance you need, plus a drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort amenities include 2 heated pools plus a kiddie pool, two shared hot tubs, a shared sauna, a fitness center, beach, a picturesque pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio, and seasonal BBQs and boat buoys available first come first served. You are just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining options, shopping destinations, and Whole Foods Market.
Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
We provide all linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach. Boat, Bike, SUP and kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.
This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 10, including children. No more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7.

Nicely located condo for skiing with a short 15-minute shuttle to the less crowded California side base area. The Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The common area hot tub provided a nice apre-ski social environment.

A good size house for our family of 9, 100 yards to the private beach. Nice pools. South Lake Tahoe had plenty of activities for our family, kayaks, bikes and para sailing. It was ideally situated to explore the local area.

This was our 2nd year using RnR Rentals to stay at Lakeland Village. We love staying there for our annual family ski trip! The check in and check out is extremely easy. The amenities are great and places are always equipped with everything we need! The units are clean and spacious! We will definitely use them again.

Great Location. Great property for larger group. More importantly Great staff at RNR any call was responded to immediately. They lended local information. Communication before and after rental was consistent and informational. I could not speak more highly of RNR management . Very friendly and personal. Enterprise rent a Car should take a lesson from RNR.

Extremely Spacious Unit we had 8 adults in our group and never felt cramped. The location was so convenient! Check in went smoothly- we had a small maintenance issue come up and they had someone out ASAP- is repair was not need for us to enjoy the unit but RNR was very responsive.

Fantastic location, right on the lake and only a few minutes from California lodge at Heavenly. We ended up here during a major blizzard. We lost power for about 16 hours, but the place was well-stocked. And more importantly, the staff here was incredible in keeping us informed, clearing snow, plowing the parking lot, etc. It was really a great place to stay. In general, we found the management company to be very accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Place was very clean and property management runs things fairly seamlessly.
We had an amazing stay. This place had everything we could have needed. It also had plenty of space for our family of five. There was a whole bedroom we didn’t even use. Parking was easy and we were close to many restaurants and shopping. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The adults enjoyed the short walk to great views of the lake.
