Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect—basically lakefront—making it so easy to enjoy the lake. We loved being able to see local wildlife right from the property, all while feeling completely safe and secure. The neighborhood itself is wonderfully peaceful and not noisy at all, ensuring a relaxing trip. To top it off, the host was incredibly friendly and highly responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and quiet lake getaway!

Comfortable stay, great location!

Great location, clean and roomie space, and close to downtown/activities. Kitchen oven wasn’t working completely up to standard but property management was really responsive to ensure it was working for the next guest. Otherwise, comfortable stay.

I can't wait to book again!

We had a wonderful 5-star stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful, and all the amenities were in great condition. One of the highlights was the lovely lake view just a few steps away — incredibly peaceful and scenic. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway with their family!

The place is in such a beautiful location with the beach less than a min away. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. The house itself is well equipped and comfortable.

I’m sad that it’s taken me 18 snowboarding seasons to visit Lake Tahoe bc we’re officially in love with the place. Our perfect, last minute townhome at Lakeland Village certainly helped to seal the deal. Location: Amazing. Close to everything. Stunning views of the lake within 30 seconds of your door. Same for the hot tub. You have Whole Foods, Safeway, CVS, and dining within walking or a 2 min drive. California Lodge and the Gondola also super close. Great wine bar super close. Host: One of the best ever. Super communicative. Easy to work with. Quickly responded. Gave great suggestions. Top notch!Townhome: Perfectly stocked without missing anything we needed all week. Fireplace rocked. Couches were comfy. Plenty of toiletries including shampoo conditioner lotion body wash and makeup wipes. The bed we chose was the most snug ever!The best welcome touch for us was the bottle of red (and a nice red, not a 5 gas station red) when we arrived. We will absolutely rent this property and from this host again.

Overall, great place. Really enjoyed my stay. I was a tad worried about the loft being a 3rd bedroom option (which isn’t how they advertise, but I wanted to use it as one). However, I was beyond happy to find that it was completely separated by the other rooms by 2 floors. The hosts were incredibly communiactive. We had one small issue, but they were receptive to my opinion and experience. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that much communication from a host. I travel a lot. Dozens of airbnbs and I’m a Marriott titanium member. So, I I think I know a few things about staying at a travel location. I will definitely stay at this place again next visit to Tahoe. Price, location (close to heavenly, Stateline, groceries, etc), and a 30 second walk to the lake cannot be beat.

We were there for a ski trip at Heavenly and think we picked a great place with a beautiful view of the lake.

Our family of 5 found the property perfect for our needs. We were able to spread out and had plenty of room. It was helpful that some toiletry and paper good items were at the property such as paper towel, toilet paper, and food storage bags. We found the area to be very convenient with lots to do!
