Beautiful condo! Very clean! Responsive host! We stayed for spring skiing in late March. This would be a wonderful place for summer lake visits. No view of the lake but a short walk will take you there. We arrived very late at night and the condo is in the middle of the complex, so figuring out which parking lot to use and finding the condo was a little tricky. But it was an easy walk on a path once we figured it out! Communication was excellent!

My group stayed here while we were in Tahoe for a concert and some ski days. The location was perfect, close to the South Lake downtown and walking distance to the grocery store and several restaurants. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The condo facility was also great, with a hot tub and a long dock going out into the lake. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect stay in Tahoe! This modern townhome exceeded our expectations with its prime location - just a quick 5-minute drive to the gondola for skiing and walking distance to great restaurants. The heated floors were a luxurious touch after a day on the slopes. Spacious layout made for comfortable living, and the contemporary design added to the mountain getaway feel. Would absolutely book again.

It was floor heating and the interior was very tidy, so I felt at home during my stay! It was nice to be close to the lake and have a private beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and well-apportioned apartment. It had all the amenities one needs. The location was ideal for hiking and restaurants. The beach was steps away and serene. Loved the modern decor and the high-end cappucino machine was extra.

Beautiful Airbnb with lots of space and a central location! Not far from many of the fun spots in Tahoe!

We had a great stay and will be back again! Plenty of space for our group
of 4 adults and 2 kids. The beach access was perfect and we enjoyed the fire pits at the clubhouse. The home was as pictured, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking. The property management company was very responsive. Walking distance to Whole Foods for groceries and very close to Heavenly Village and plenty of restaurants/shopping.

We had a perfect stay. So close to Heavenly, Whole Foods, restaurants, shops. The house had everything we needed for 3 adults and 3 kids. We cooked, played games and just relaxed. It was a great ski vacation. And, because of its location and the amenities at the property, I can easily see being there in the summer too.

Beautiful home and location

The condo was modern and full of luxuries, such as a built in cappuccino, coffee, any hot drink you want machine, heated floors in the bottom floor, fancy fire place, and everything you need in a fully stocked kitchen! The location was perfectly centrally located! The view at sunset was the best! Loved every minute here and I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this rental. Pictures were accurate, place was clean, location was perfect next to the lake, access was easy with the key lock on the door, and communication was prompt when verifying the booking and when we had trouble finding the parking passes. Would recommend and would stay there again.

We really loved our stay at this property. A quick 2–3-minute walk from Lake Tahoe with a bunch of great restaurants, shops, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance. The property management team was extremely proactive and responsive with communication. Whether you’re looking for a quiet relaxing get away weekend, or someplace close for ski access, this is a great place to stay for your visit!

The home and its location to the Lake were perfect. We were able to enjoy the place for a family get away with both adults and children.

This condo is amazing and tastefully updated! The kitchen has all the bells and whistles, from a Miele built in coffee maker to new appliances. The unit was very clean. The screened in porch was very comfortable, as well as the general sitting area. Bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. The location is great, Whole Foods across the street and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is out the door and around the corner and is very accessible! The only thing I would recommend to the owners would be to purchase a portable air conditioner for the third floor bedroom. Although it has a ceiling fan, in the midst of summer it needed something more. The property management company was very responsive and provided a box fan, it helped with the heat some, but for the amount of money invested in this remodel, a $200 portable air conditioner from Amazon would do the trick. I didn’t grow up with air conditioning, so I’m pretty tolerant of heat overall. We would stay at this unit again!

It was great!

We were in town for a concert at Harrah’s. We arrived Friday evening and had no problem finding the unit since Google Maps shoes where in Lakeland Village the specific unit is. The three bedrooms worked perfectly for my wife, myself, and our two teens. Other than putting a few things in the fridge, we didn’t use the kitchen much, but it appeared well furnished. Overall a great experience.

This location was perfect for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of space and privacy within the unit. It was great to be just a short walk from the beach front, with easy access to grills by the water and fire places to sit and enjoy the Tahoe sunset. The amenities within the rental were high tech, and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary equipment for cooking large meals at home. We also had easy access to the shops at heavenly and biking along the beach way. It was also only a short 30 minute drive to beautiful hiking in Emerald Bay State Park. We would definitely stay here again when returning to S. Lake Tahoe.

My kids said this is the best vacation house we rent, they love the house designs, the fence appliances and with everything you need for the kitchen supplies. The location is good for walking distance to the beach, house is clean and have enough house supplies for the guests. The only one thing I would suggest is to add shades to the windows, especially for the bedroom in loft, we couldn’t sleep in because of the sun comes up and no privacy. Other than that it’s a great experience for us to stay in the house, we definitely want to stay again.

Nice place for a group as the third bedroom is separated from the other two by the main level and there are multiple bathrooms. Somewhat smaller space than appears in photos, but still a very nice and worked well for our group.

We stayed here on a 5 day trip for my sisters 60th birthday. The place is beautiful, clean and organized and looks exactly fly like the pictures. It was also very centrally located and east to get around town which was extra important as we were there during a huge storm. Would highly recommend. We are thinking about coming back for a summer trip
