Amenities include a sauna, fitness center, private beach access, a scenic pier, lakeside fire pits, and seasonal BBQs and boat buoys — available on a first-come, first-served basis. You're moments away from Heavenly Ski Resort, exceptional golf courses, trails for hiking and biking, stunning Emerald Bay, dining venues, shopping options, and Whole Foods among others.

Get around the city for free with "Lake Link" free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle — pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Boat, Bike, SUP and kayak rentals are within walking distance in the summer and ski/snowboard rentals in the winter. All linens and towels for your use at home and on the beach are provided.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
