This home does not have air conditioning. This home does not have a washer and dryer in unit — there are paid machines for use in the lodge.

Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every family member. Amenities include 2 heated pools plus a kiddie pool, two shared hot tubs, shared sauna, fitness center, picturesque pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio, and seasonal BBQs and boat buoys available first-come, first-served. Enjoy exclusive access to Lakeland Village's pristine private beach. Just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining, shopping, and Whole Foods Market.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with "Lake Link" free on-demand ride service. Boat, Bike, SUP and kayak rentals are within walking distance in the summer and ski/snowboard rentals in the winter.
