This property is in a great location in South Lake Tahoe. Very close to shopping and also by the beach. The management was very communicative and the entire rental process was seamless.

The unit was very well equipped and looked like the pictures. RNR's service around all the logistics was terrific.

Really enjoyed the condo, had all the amenities needed. It was walking distance to everything as well and right on the lake.

My family/friends and I stayed here for a ski trip in March and the condo was absolutely perfect! The property management was super helpful and responsive in dealing with losing power and snow removal. The condo itself was very clean and fully stocked with anything you would need!

Our group had a wonderful stay . Place was fully equipped with everything we wanted/needed. Very clean and super cozy . We will be back for sure

Had an amazing mini vacation and we all enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe and being unfamiliar with the place, this was a blind pick for a place to stay. We got lucky that it was awesome all around. The unit itself, the community, and the area. RNR Vacation Rentals’ service and responsiveness was amazing as well. Our family is looking forward to being back to this exact unit in the near future.

Great location with private beach

My sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. This unit was a gem among a somewhat aging overall property. The location was great for easy access to all kinds of hiking, activities, restaurants and across from a grocery store. The gas fire pits in the common area and lake views were fantastic. Easy to book, easy communication. I’d stay in this specific unit again in a heartbeat if visiting South Lake Tahoe.

We loved our stay at Lakeland, the location is excellent and having a walkable beach and pool made all the difference with kids. Communication from the host was extremely clear. Would highly recommend.

We vacation in Lake Tahoe every summer. We have always loved LakelandVillage. But this cabin has been the best of the best. It is so thoughtfully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed and then some! I also appreciated the communication from RnR. I booked this through Home Away, but next time I will definitely be going through RnR directly! And I will specifically be looking for this cabin again!

We have stayed at this condo, which is only an hour from Reno for the past few years. It’s clean and comfortable. And we have access to both a pool and Lake Tahoe. We love that friends can come for the day. It’s close to Whole Foods and nice restaurants and shopping. It was especially exciting this summer as the resident bear hung out high in a tree next to our condo for several hours. She also ventured out to the beach.

Well maintained house in a holiday complex. Access to pool, sauna, gym, private beach area. Upscale equipment, in the kitchen there is everything you need. There is a WholeFoods supermarket directly opposite. We were there with a family of six and felt very comfortable. The only drawback: we would have liked to play tennis, but the tennis courts were closed.

Well-kept house, clean and cosy, we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Access to the wellness area with pool, fitness room and sauna. Supermarket directly opposite. About 150m walk to the beach.

RnR was very clear in their instructions. We had stayed in Lakeland before and knew what the property had to offer. We found RnR to very responsive and when we found ourselves in a pickle (the bedroom door had auto locked), RnR was very quick to help us open the door.

The complex was very quiet, good atmosphere. Close to downtown food and shopping. Pool and hot tub right on the beach!

Renting the property was a stress free experience. The property management was easy to communicate with and quickly alerted us that we had left something behind.

We had a great time. Very comfortable condo.

The condo was very convenient, close to stores, restaurants, and the slopes. It was clean and comfortable, and had a good layout for extended family on a ski trip.

We had a great Spring Break in this rental unit! Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy, management company was very helpful and it was in a great location. Only thing I would change would be to try and add in an extra chair or seating by the TV.

Our stay was wonderful. I house was centrally located and in great condition. The heating system was a bit difficult to get to an optimal temperature. Down stairs in the evening the heater kept coming on even when turned down. While the upstairs would be freezing cold. Using the fireplace helped a lot with the upstairs temperature. Inside shower curtain in downstairs bathroom could use a wash or replacement as there is pink soap scrum and mold on the bottom. Appliances worked well.

This rental place was perfect for our girls weekend! 6 minute drive to Heavenly resort and downtown South Lake Tahoe. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable, we felt like we were staying in a very clean hotel.

Great VRBO centrally located minutes from shopping, ski lifts, gondola, grocery stores and casinos! Cozy two bedroom with huge loft. Comfortable beds and spacious layout. Initially, parking seemed a little tight but we were able to find close upfront parking by our condo every day and night. Highly recommend this place!

This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe. We were there to take advantage of the opportunities to hike and Kayak. We did choose to stay in South Lake Tahoe to be closer to the restaurants and evening activities. This location met all of our needs.

We spent our days at the beach and pool. At night we could cook or barbeque dinner. Our host had the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We were close to a Whole Foods, a bakery, CVS and great restaurants. Very relaxing and fun for the entire family.

My adult family and I stayed at Lakeland #410 the last week of July. Our stay was great- the property was clean and looks just like the online pictures. The fans were needed as we had temps of 90 the loft gets warm. We needed a fan replaced and management delivered a new one within the hour The kitchen was well equipped. We used the washer/dryer no problem. There’s 2 beach chairs that came in handy in the outside storage closet. The property is located walking distance to a lot of shops and eateries with Safeway right down the street. I would not hesitate renting during winter or summer. Great entry to take off ski clothes as well as any sweaty/sandy items. You can tell they take pride in the property

Loved our stay!!!! We had everything we needed with super easy check/in and check/out. The beach was clean and beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and sailboat dock, easy scooter trip to Heavenly Resort for shopping and great live music. Didn’t even mind no A/C, it was chilly at night!!

Very easy check-in and departure procedures. Squeaky clean with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Comfy beds.

The entire process from original request to final checkout was fantastic; very organized, professional, easy to understand, and overall friendly. The location and accommodations were excellent; very clean, and exactly what the pictures represented. the entire family was pleased with all aspects of the stay.

The unit was conveniently located, clean, and had all the amenities my family needed. My husband was running the Tahoe Marathon and this is centrally located to the event. The unit is across the street from Whole Foods, near Starbucks, and within walking distance to the lake.

My 21 month old became a pro going up and down the stairs by the time we left. We requested a baby gate about 24 hours before we arrived so she wouldn't go up/down the stairs on her own. The management team did a good job of providing us what we needed.

This condo was well-equipped and even went beyond by ensuring guests had things they may need during their stay (e.g. light bulbs, flashlights, and first aid kit). The kitchen was well and intuitively organized, and had plenty of the things needed to prepare meals. Nothing drives me crazier than having to hunt around for knives, spatulas, pots or bowls that are spread out over multiple drawers and cabinets. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper, laundry soap, and cleaning supplies. Ample extra blankets should you need them, and a cozy deck on which to read and drink coffee. Truly a home away from home. Also, we happened to visit during extenuating circumstances. The air quality due to the recent Caldor Fire made doing more outdoor activities nearly impossible (we arrived a few days after it started). While not ideal, we spent a good portion indoors. There was plenty of space for all six of us to have "time away" from each other if needed, and the large kitchen table was perfect for family games and quality time. My sincerest hope is that everyone in South Lake Tahoe stays safe and is spared from this horrible fire; and that RnR can continue providing wonderful accommodation and experiences to families and friends. We will be back and would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo was so clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located to the beach and pool. And it was also close to great restaurants and shopping. The entire complex was so family-friendly. My granddaughter made a friend on the beach and we hope to see him and his family when we return next August.

This is a nice home that has everything you need. Newly remodeled, bedrooms are very nice and cozy, kitchen is well equipped. Two minute walk to the private beach & less than a mile to the village. 4th of July here was amazing.

We had a wonderful weekend away at this beautiful home. The location was perfect and was close to all that we wanted and needed. The Whole Foods across the street was perfect. We will be back and can't wait!

The home was in a great location, easy access to everything. It was a very quiet house and being a corner unit really helped. The house was extremely clean and well stocked of kitchen supplies to cook with. Everything you needed! The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well. The decorations were perfect and the carpets clean. Nicely updated. Close access to the private beach was another bonus! I almost don’t want to recommend this because I want to keep this gem of a place all to myself! Will definitely stay here again!

The best part about this house is really the location! Given Covid times and our hesitancy to eat out at restaurants, I wanted to be in a location that was surrounded by a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This was perfect. Easy access to Heavenly and also pedestrian access to lake. We had planned to ski at Sierra on one day. But due to road closure Sierra was shut down for the day. Because this house was located right next to Heavenly, we were able to quickly shift gears and had an amazing day skiing in Heavenly. The house was well decorated, clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of five. Kids loved the loft and were out of our hair for a bit. Kitchen had all the basic essentials we needed to cook up breakfast. House had all the basic amenities - towels, toiletries, bedding, extra blankets, etc.

Comfortable beds and linens. Nice family room setting and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen - we cooked every meal in, instead of going out. Centrally located to town and Heavenly; close to Whole Foods to re-stock as needed. We loved the unit!

My family of four stayed for five nights in January and it was a great place to get away. There is no one above or below you so it really feels like you are in your own little house. It's just a short walk to the beach (even in winter) and a short walk to shops and restaurants (some are even across the street). The kitchen had everything we needed -- even two kinds of coffee makers! The bedrooms were great and separate from the living space and the loft is a fun space that the kids like. Would definitely return again!

This rental was great. My only complaint is that the sink in the upstairs bathroom seemed to be having issues with draining. When brushing my teeth in that bathroom, the sink almost overflowed. Other than that the condo was lovely and had everything we needed in it.

This rental was perfect for our 10 night stay! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It definitely felt like we were home away from home.
We have stayed at Lakeland Village before and we love the location, which is why we returned. Very well rounded with a private beach and a quick walk to stores/restaurants/the village. We shared this home with another family and they said they loved it so much that they plan to bring their own family back soon.
The check in and out process was super easy, and management responds very quickly to needs.

The place is located with miles of heavenly shopping center. Its well kept and staff is friendly at all times.

Great location to beach. Parking easy to access rental property. Rooms clean, comfy beds. Bathroom floors were a bit dirty and heating water issues. Otherwise, it was a great family trip.

The Condo and the location was great! It was very close to the beach and to the village. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed here numerous times over the years and always feel welcomed and at home. The townhome has been fully remodeled with all new flooring, beds and everything you need!! This property is on the lake with a private beach and across from Whole Foods. Heavenly village is a mile away and Sierra ar Tahoe is only a 20 minute drive. Great place to stay and we will continue visit!

We travelled from Australia to spend a week skiing in the mountains. The weather was great, with a good cover of snow. The property was set up beautifully and the process was super easy. The house was super clean with super comfy beds, and all the comfort of your own home. At one point the coffee machine stopped working but within an hour a new one was delivered, set up and tested. We would highly recommend this home.

Of all the places I’ve stayed in Lake Tahoe, this one blows all the others out of the water! It’s my favorite by far. It feels super homey and there’s plenty of room for everyone you decide to bring! It’s super close to the village (walking distance) which is very convenient since the traffic always seems to pile up. On top of that, the drive to any of the Ski and Snowboarding places, like Sierra at Tahoe, are just a short drive from this location. 12/10 place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

i recently stayed here for a trip and it was everything you would hope a vacation rental would be ! it has all the amenities anyone could wish for, it’s in a very convenient part of town so everything’s a short drive or walk away, the decorations and structure make it feel like a home away from home, it’s right next to the beach so breathtaking views are easily accessible, and you feel comfortable and cozy the entire duration of your stay. i would DEFINITELY stay here again !

The property was a breath of fresh mountain air from the moment we walked in the door. It has a very welcoming and functional entry way for both winter and summer visits. All three floors feel open and comfortable. everything about the place is clean, very well maintained, and provides modern amenities that actually work. It was super nice to sit down after snowboarding all day and watch movies on the 55" 4K TV. We brought our AppleTV. The internet speed is crazy good and supported teenagers and AppleTV. We brought a ton of food and the kitchen was awesome. Plenty of storage and the pots, pans, & cutlery were like being at home.One thing I would mention about why I think this might be the hidden gem in South Lake Tahoe. The location is super close to the lake, Trader Joe's, The Village Board Shop, and Heavenly Village. Anything you want or need is literally 5 minutes away. I can't wait to get back to this property!

This townhome has everything you need and the location is on the lake and a mile from Heavenly village. You get the cabin and beach feel and it has all the amenities you need. Kids love the loft! Whole Foods is directly across the street and the Village Board shop has the best service and inventory. Definitely will stay again!

I really appreciated the informative app supplied by RnR Vacation Rentals. The keyless entry with my simple, easy to remember personalized code made arriving a breeze. The townhouse is very nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is close to lots of great restaurants for nights out. I appreciated the high quality pillows, bed , and quality linens, even personal products, it made me feel like I was staying at a 5 Star Resort! I loved the layout, no one walking above me like in a condo, it was like having my own villa! The property is lovely and only steps away from the beautiful sandy beach and lake. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Lakeland Village #410. It was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. Management must have gone in before we arrived because someone had turned on the music. That was very nice to walk into. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, blankets which was great. Everything you could possible need was available. It's a quick walk to the beach which was nice and the perfect location to get to shopping, casinos, skiing, etc. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home.

The condo is very nice with a good home feeling. It was very well maintained and clean. It is in a very great location with tons of stores near by within walking distance. The casinos are up the street and heavenly ski resort as well not to mention there is a shuttle free at charge that can take you around town and the heavenly. I would definitely stay there again
