Featuring four cozy bedrooms, a lofted 3rd-floor sleeping area, and three bathrooms, it's designed with family comfort in mind for both ski adventures and beach vacations. Enjoy polished hardwood floors, full-size appliances, and a wood-burning fireplace with 60-inch HDTV above it in the spacious open-concept living area. This home does not have air conditioning.
This large classic Tahoe townhome has plenty of space for family gatherings. Everyone can gather in the living area near the fireplace on the 2nd floor, and at the kitchen bar with granite countertops while the chef prepares food. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with every major appliance plus a drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
You enter on level 1 with 4 bedrooms: BR1 has a king bed, and BR3 has two queen beds with an HDTV. The shared hall bath has been updated with stone tile and slate floors. The washer/dryer is also downstairs. Upstairs on level 2 is the open living/dining/kitchen area, a full bathroom, and BR4 with a king bed. The 3rd-floor loft has 2 full beds — perfect for the kids.

All linens and towels for home and beach use are provided. Parking passes must be displayed and returned at checkout. If taken, they must be returned within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee applies.

This is like a condo, a very large 3 story condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 1st floor, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on 2 floor including fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and a loft w 2 beds on 3rd floor. It was very comfortable and equipped with everything. It’s a great family vacation home. The lake is behind the property and restaurants, stores and gambling close by. Communication was superb.

This property was perfect! Very clean and fully stocked. We had our extended family with lots of kids and adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable space and access to activities for everyone. The kids loved being able to walk quickly to the private beach and pool with the snack shack for quick lunches. The adults loved the access to dining, grocery stores, and everything at Stateline/Heavenly Village. We will definitely come again!

This place was great for our Party of 12, including the Kitchen had most of what we needed ( cooked all our meals) accross the street from Whole Foods and a short drive to Heavenly. We managed to walk to the Stateline one evening - streets are very walkable and lots close by (ie Casinos, restaurants, Markets, coffee shops...). The beach access to the Lake was steps away, would love to come back in the summer. Wi-Fi never failed, house was cozy ( wish we had a bigger lounge couch). We didn’t checkout the heated pool, but the jacuzzi was HOT and spacious - perfect after a long day of snowboarding.
Response from RnR was not only prompt but attentive. It was nice to be checked on to make sure we had all we needed. Would most definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends & family. Thank you RnR & Team, you guys are awesome!

Excellent hosts for our weekend stay in South Lake Tahoe. Very clean and spacious unit with great amenities around within walkable distance. Unit was as described and the perfect setup for our family with plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed. The overall complex was great and exactly what we wanted; it was incredible to not have to pack up the car and to just be able to walk to the onsite beach, pool, and hot tubs.
