The resort is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., a 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort & walking distance to Whole Foods Market and CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs & bowling.

Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped w/ a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, & additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Evenings can be spent gathered around the lakeside firepits, sharing stories under the stars, or cozying for movie night beside the gas fireplace in your living room. The 42-inch TV & high-speed Wi-Fi ensure that entertainment is always at your fingertips.
