Beautifully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Lakeland Village Resort that perfectly combines comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery. Located on the second floor of the main lodge with easy access to elevators, saunas, fitness center, lodge pool, hot tub, and underground parking.
The unit has a fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel Samsung appliances — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher — plus a toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked; just add food.
The living room features a 55" screen, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A pull-out sofa bed comfortably accommodates 1 adult or 2 children, and a foldout futon provides additional sleeping.
Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

Lakeland Village Resort is on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, just a mile from Heavenly ski area and within walking distance of dining, parks, and shopping. Boat, bike, SUP and kayak rentals within walking distance in summer; ski/snowboard rentals in winter. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Get around free with Lake Link on-demand ride service.
Property and Booking Information:
All linens and towels for home and beach use are provided. Parking passes must be displayed and returned at checkout. If taken, they must be returned within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee applies.

Great value for the location! Lots of good restaurants with 5-10 mins driving distance.SUPER comfortable beds. We like medium firm and I think we lucked out with the mattress in our unit.Huge kitchen; fully stocked. They even had the basics like salt, oil, sugar, etc. so you don’t have to buy those.The host provided extra towels, pillows and comforters which was really thoughtful because the temperature dropped to 32F one night.

Nice renovation with good appliances, cookware etc! Super electronics. Bathroom a bit tight but fully stocked. Location perfect with free parking under cover. Lakeland Lodge is an original Tahoe place but still one of our favs.

Honestly this kitchen was more well stocked than most of my friend's homes. Outdoor hot tub was also pretty nice. Parking garage is easily accessible and convenient. Highly recommend

A perfect home base for our Tahoe getaway! The bed was very comfortable and the complex was quiet (we had no issues with street noise). The pool and hot tub were wonderful. This place was just what we needed to reset before the school year begins. We enjoyed the private beach and the large remodeled kitchen. There was kayaking nearby (about a 7 minute drive) and this location was perfect and close to a great breakfast spot ("Redhut Cafe") and pizza place ("Goodfellas"). The owners were good communicators and checked in when there was a plumbing situation in the building and then when it was quickly fixed:) We would definitely come back to this unit in the future:) Thank you, Sasha

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated, roomy and very clean. The private beach was stunning. It’s a short walk along the marina to a couple epic restaurants. Tahoe does have some pretty strict rules regarding vacation rentals and Airbnb but we’re not unique to this location. I would stay here again.

Place was easy to find and parking too. The apartment was nice and clean. It had everything we needed, the only problem was the upstairs neighbors were making noise late at night. Sounded like they were dragging furniture and hitting walls. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

The only fear I have from writing this review, is that it won’t be available for me in the future. This place was absolutely perfect. Me and my boyfriend got a chance to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Our vehicle was protected from snow in a covered parking garage. The king bed was comfortable. The shower was lovely. The space was spacious and extremely clean, and it was super close to heavenly village and eateries. I genuinely have no complaints.

I was really happy with this place. It’s right in South Lake Tahoe less than a 10 minute drive from the California lot at Heavenly. The room was pretty spacious with a large kitchen, and the bed was pretty comfy. It is inside of what seems to be a newly renovated building of similar units. It has a long-stay hotel kind of feel, which is nice because the building seems well maintained.
Easily one of the most beautiful and accommodating lodgings we’ve ever stayed in. Hands down would stay again in a heartbeat!
