This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Lakeland Village Resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking surroundings. Situated on the second floor of the main lodge, the condo provides convenient access to elevators, saunas, fitness center, lodge pool and hot tub, and underground parking.
The designer kitchen is equipped for creating homemade meals, complete with dish soap, dishwasher packs, sponges, paper towels, and kitchen towels. The bathroom features a combination shower/tub separate from the sink and vanity area.
Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

Lakeland Village Resort is ideally located on the south shore, just one mile from Heavenly ski area and within walking distance of dining, parks, shopping, and Ski Run Marina. Minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, golf, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, and Whole Foods Market. Boat, bike, SUP and kayak rentals within walking distance in summer; ski/snowboard rental in winter. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Get around free with Lake Link on-demand ride service.
Property and Booking Information:
All linens and towels for home and beach use are provided. Parking passes must be displayed and returned at checkout. If taken, they must be returned within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee applies.

We had a wonderful time. Thr location couldn’t be better, all the things you could ever need are within walking distance. The ammenities are fantastic, and views from the private beach are glorious.
The condo is great, the bathroom is a bit tight but the rest is so great it doesn’t matter.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time staying at Lakeland and we are already planning our next trip. The home was very clean and looked just like photos. CVS and Safeway are close which was nice. Loved the private beach area and it made the perfect family getaway!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautifully remodeled Tahoe unit. Huge thanks to the owners and to RnR for their prompt responses and support throughout. The place was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful details—perfect for a relaxing escape with my 9-year-old son.
One unexpected highlight was the amazing record collection. Listening to Tommy Dorsey, Otis Redding’s live Monterey set, and Bob Dylan’s John Wesley Harding became a meaningful part of our stay. It truly added a soulful and personal touch.
The Wi-Fi was strong (unlike other units we’ve stayed in), which was a big plus for getting a little work done. The cozy fireplace made evenings extra relaxing, and the kitchen was stocked with so many helpful touches—wrapped peppers, ziplock bags, and other small conveniences that make a big difference, especially when traveling with kids. The bed was super comfortable, and the space was just right for two people. (If you have a larger group, a bigger dining table might be helpful.)
We also loved the balcony rack for snowboards and skis—it kept things tidy and was incredibly easy to manage after a day on the slopes. No mess inside—just grab and go!
All in all, a clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully curated space. We’re taking home great memories and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. This is a ‘can’t beat’ location and close to parking at Heavenly ski resort. A shuttle for the resort does pick up nearby as well. Wonderful location to the lake, absolutely beautiful! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Went for a weekend getaway with a friend from Europe. The condo was nicely situated and very clean. We both commented on how nice the fixtures were and how clean everything was. It was quiet and felt homey. It is a short walk across the street from Whole Foods, which is very convenient. The condo is fully stocked.

A delightful and spotless little gem in a prime location, just a 5-minute drive to Heavenly. The place is fully equipped with everything you need, making it perfect for a stay with my son. What a special place! This condo is THE perfect getaway! The place itself is clean and super chic. Upon arrival, everything was fully stocked and the management company was always warm and helpful. Access to private beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and bars! Can't wait to come back and stay here in the winter, as this condo is very close to Heavenly for skiing!
