Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

Stayed alone so it was plenty comfortable (good for 2 for sure) maybe to snug for 3 people... location is great and easy to access from any direction of South Lake Tahoe
Kitchen is tight but to make something simple or reheat leftovers is adequate. Hot tub and heated outdoor pool literally 40 ft away...

We were surprised how big is this apartment! Convenient for remote work because the bedroom is well separated from the living room. Nice balcony with table and chairs, we loved it. Very close to beach and short walk to our favorite restaurant on lakeshore. Bed is comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. Close to sauna and pool. The only funny thing: to unlock the door you need to type the code twice. They give us the entry code and as we entered it never worked first time but always worked second time. At first we were confused, then figured it out.

We stayed at this great 1-bedroom unit right by the lake over Memorial Weekend. The unit was spotless and well-maintained. The location is great, very central to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Great beachside area with access to firepits and BBQs. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Very convenient. Heavenly shuttle stop is just a couple minutes walk. Also a couple minutes walk to a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. This unit is actually facing the parking area and not the road so not noisy. Small kitchen with small fridge.

My wife and 8 year old daughter stayed here. We had an excellent experience and loved our stay. It’s close to the lake and town, also the shuttle for Heavenly stops right out front.

Nice condo in the heart of town. Very comfortable for quick weekend getaway. It had everything we needed if we wanted to cook at home. Whole Foods was across the street though we ate out most of the time at the yummy restaurants walking distance. We especially liked having our coffee while walking along the lake shore. We didn't bring our suits or skis but the hot tub and pool looked nice and the ski shuttle is close. We will be back this spring.
