The condo boasts a recently updated kitchen with marble countertops, full-sized stainless steel appliances, and a table seating 4. The newly remodeled bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower. Relax by the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the 55" HDTV. The bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and high-quality linens.
Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Get around free with Lake Link on-demand ride service.

All linens and towels for home and beach use are provided. Parking passes must be displayed and returned at checkout. If taken, they must be returned within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee applies.

It was a great experience for my family to stay at the RnR hosted condo during the Christmas week. The host was professional and sent me clear instructions and useful information proactively. The condo was just as the photo and description, a nice recently remodeled 1b1b condo. Everything was clean and nice when we arrived . The place was quiet and super close to heavenly resort and many restaurants and grocery stores. I will definitely consider it again when I go ski in Tahoe.

Me and my wife stayed here for our ten year anniversary and were extremely pleased with this condo and the surrounding town. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked and it was exactly as pictured. It is in the perfect spot in south lake and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, heavenly village, and the casinos. The host provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and it was extremely easy to locate. The condo itself was immaculate and in a nice, quiet complex. We LOVED this condo and will definitely be staying here again!

This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe, and my wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Its location was ideal, perfectly nestled between all the main attractions, from Emerald Bay to Stateline. We especially loved having access to the private beach—it was such a peaceful and special touch. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful Condo and very clean and organized. The private beach with the hot tub right on the beach felt like we were in Hawaii. We didn’t even get to the gym, sauna or other pool because there was so much to do at the beach. We had beautiful views and was fun to swim with my husband. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

What a little gem! This was a perfect location for our Tahoe stay. All instructions and communication were easy and great. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Appreciated the little things like aluminum foil. (some VRBO's we've stayed in lack the small details). Someone put thought into this place for all the little details. Thank you - would stay again.

Beautiful unit with a lot of amenities and appliances that made our 3 night stay feel as if statying at our own home. Close by the large hot tub and pool as well as the one on the beachside. Highly recommend!
