This home comfortably sleeps 6 people, with parking for 2 vehicles — one in the garage (with a Level 2 EV charger) and one in the driveway.

You'll feel right at home in the living area, where soaring vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a stone-surround gas fireplace set the tone. Sink into the leather and upholstered seating, stream a movie on the 55-inch TV, or pull out a board game from the living room cabinet after a day on the mountain or at the lake.

The well-equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy, with granite countertops and a full stainless steel Samsung appliance suite, including a 5-burner gas range, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Start the morning with drip coffee or pull an espresso from the Nespresso machine, and put the Breville toaster and KitchenAid mixer to work for breakfast. The dining table seats 6 for easy family meals.

Outside, the backyard is the perfect place to relax. String lights hang over a cushioned sofa and oversized chairs for gathering after dark, plus a gas BBQ for grilling dinner under the pines. The yard is fenced on three sides for added privacy.

Heavenly's California Lodge is a 4-minute drive away, the Heavenly Gondola and Village are 3 minutes by car (or a scenic 15-minute walk), and Edgewood Tahoe's lakefront golf resort is just 6 minutes down the road. Ski Run Marina and Lakeside Beach Marina are also close by for morning paddleboarding, boat and jet ski rentals, or an afternoon in the sun. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.

• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
