This home accommodates a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 7 adults. This applies 24/7.

Winter guests can walk across the street for easy ski and snowboard access, while summer guests are just minutes from Lake Tahoe, Ski Run Marina, hiking, biking, boating, and warm-weather lake activities.

Ski Run Boulevard offers numerous restaurant options nearby, along with cafés, shops, and local favorites. At the end of Ski Run Boulevard, guests will find Lake Tahoe Harbor with boat and jet ski rentals, shopping, dining, and beautiful marina views. The Saddle Road and Tahoe Rim Trail access are also close by, offering scenic hiking and outdoor access throughout the year.

Pets: 1 to 2 dogs allowed with pre-approval. Additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. Guests are responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).
