Located in a quiet neighborhood just off Highway 50, nestled in the pines. The home is very close to the Heavenly California Base Lodge on Saddle Road and Wildwood Avenue. Right across from the Base Lodge parking lot is Himmel Haus, a great restaurant for German-style food and beer. The Heavenly Gondola and Village is a short walk away, with options for dining, shopping, and mountain activities. Tahoe Marina is a short drive away for boat, paddleboard, and jet ski rentals. Steps away from the Chonokis Road Trail and Van Sickle Bi-State Park, which connects to some of the best hiking and mountain biking in the area.

Property and Booking Information:
Minimum 30-night rental — perfect for a winter on the slopes or summer on the lake. For stays of 30+ days, you can cancel up to 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations or modifications within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded.

• This home accommodates a family of 10 if children are included. It cannot host more than 9 adults. This applies 24/7.
