We weren’t sure what to expect since we had never been to Lakeland Village but it absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the direct beach access, sparkling swimming pools, and the scenic bike path that runs right past the property. We hopped on our bikes and cruised all the way to Camp Richardson and back, soaking in the stunning views of Lake Tahoe.One of our favorite features was the private hot tub located just steps from our condo — perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. In the evenings, we cozied up by the fire pits on the beach, which added a magical touch to our stay.The location is unbeatable. We walked to nearby restaurants, and Whole Foods was conveniently located right across the street. A short 5-minute stroll along the beach took us to Riva Grill at Ski Run Marina, where we enjoyed a delicious meal with lakefront views.We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary, and this condo made it truly special. It was clean, bright, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The full kitchen was well-equipped, though we ended up dining out most of the time — there are just too many great options nearby! The air conditioning kept the space cool and comfortable, and the soundproof, blackout bedroom helped us sleep in and recharge.Overall, Lakeland Village is a hidden gem in South Lake Tahoe. Whether you're planning a romantic escape or a family vacation, this condo offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and lakefront charm. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to come back!
This condo at Lakeland Village was the perfect Lake Tahoe Beach getaway. Its central location—with direct beach access and Whole Foods just across the street—made it incredibly convenient. We were able to walk everywhere, from numerous restaurants, shopping and to the Ski Run Marina.What really made our stay special was the condo itself. It features a spacious, beautifully designed full-size kitchen, cozy mood lighting throughout, a fireplace, and a large deck that’s perfect for relaxing. The natural light pours in, highlighting views of the surrounding trees, pool, and hot tub.We also appreciated how uncluttered and thoughtfully arranged the space was. There was plenty of room to spread out and settle in without tripping over our bags all week. In August we appreciated the cool air-conditioned space.We’re already planning our return for ski season—and we’ll absolutely be booking condo #228 again.
