Beautiful view and property. Calm and peaceful stay.

Our home away from home was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Included for our use were a BBQ, a hot tub, a washer and dryer, home entertainment systems, board games, and more. Full bathrooms were equipped with a hairdryer, bath mat, and toiletries. The living room featured a gas fireplace and breathtaking panoramic views of snowcapped mountains behind green meadows doused in water. Flocks of birds, ducks, and geese frolicked by the water and the evergreens. It was incredibly difficult to tear our eyes away from the view!

Great house with nice views.

Great location, unbelievable view, lots of room. Hot tub was great, enjoyed time in it every day of our stay while watching the birds, squirrels and even a hot air balloon. Easy parking and access to the house. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is wonderful, it's close to the beach and also not far from the casinos! The view is absolutely stunning. I loved that it was pet friendly and the yard was all fenced up so my dog could roam "freely" All instructions were crystal clear and they provided pretty much everything you can think of. My family and I had a great time here. Highly recommend.

The home has everything you could need to cook or BBQ.Plenty of sleeping space and the living room was cozy for a movie night. The back of the house had an incredible view of the mountains. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Tahoe Retreat, it was plenty of space for two small families with a well appointed kitchen. Great hot tub and views of the mountains. Parts of the home felt sparsely furnished especially the bedrooms -- the upstairs bedroom is huge but with minimal furniture and lacks a blind on the large upper windows which meant nobody wanted to sleep in it -- the beds and linens are also very basic. Management company were very responsive. Would recommend the property overall but I had higher expectations for furnishings given the price paid.

We had a smooth and wonderful stay! Clean, well-appointed house. Kitchen is a little small, but overall the house was perfect for two families. We really enjoying the gorgeous view from the living room.

This is our second time staying at this property and we really enjoyed our time. We were impressed with the cleanliness and felt safe staying here during the COVID pandemic. We felt that extra attention was paid in ensuring that the property was clean and sanitized.

This place was perfect! Hot tub and fireplace were easy to use, home came with tons of amenities like games and basic cooking supplies, and location was just a 7 minute drive to Heavenly.

This was the best home we’ve stayed at in Tahoe, especially for the value! Waking up to the view of the mountains was incredibly rejuvenating. The kitchen is well equipped, and you’re located just a short, beautiful walk from the lake. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This house has incredible views with large windows in the master and living room. It was stocked with everything we needed. Everyone in our group was happy with their accommodations, plenty of space for everyone.

The cabin was centrally located in an area that gave us a variety of ideas to do things. We drove up to the Nevada California stateline in Van Sickle Park. We took photos and captured amazing memories. Then we drove about 30 mins through the beautiful scenic roads and saw the fall colors so vividly before we arrived to Emerald Bay Look out point. This is a beautiful place. You must go see. We enjoyed some outdoor drinks at the Hangar afterwards and came back to the cabin for dinner. The cabin contains everything you need for full meals and the fridge is exceptionally huge. We also walked into Heavenly Village from the cabin which is about 3 miles. We loved it. We seen beautiful sites on the way. Shopping was fun. And then we rented the Lime Scooters to get back. This was a fun adventure. The cabin has stunning views from the living room of the sunset. The patio is amazing to sit out and just breath in fresh air or sit still and soak in All the beauty. Thank you for an amazing stay for my birthday trip!

A few girlfriends and I travelled to Lake Tahoe for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, the managing company communicated clearly and frequently, and the location was gorgeous overlooking a meadow with mountains in the background. Each night, the sunset was majestic, and it was well accompanied by a soak in the hot tub!

We felt really lucky to stay at this house...it was a last minute find on VRBO: the location of the house was great, with beautiful views out the back; everything was in great shape; awesome location with activities, restaurants, and stores all super close by; logistics were super straightforward and communication fantastic. We hope to be back soon!!

We enjoyed the home, the view off the back deck was just beautiful. Even got to see a bear in the meadow early Saturday morning in the distance. The media room is a bonus for those who like tv on vacation.

This home was just as described and very comfortable for our family. Good communication by host. Check in and check out was super efficient. TVs had access to all the networks and streaming apps you would want. It is in a great South Lake Tahoe location. We would definitely return again!

We had the best vacation in South Lake Tahoe! The house was beautiful! It was close to Heavenly mountain and the casinos. When we arrived the house looked like nobody had ever stayed in it before, so clean! It had plenty of space and beds for all of our closest friends. There is also a path to the lake not far from the house. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the use of the kitchen! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Everything was as expected, five star stay!

Beautiful home in a cute and quiet neighborhood. This home couldn’t have been any more perfect for 8 adults. We would definitely recommend this home and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful view and clean home.

This cabin had everything that I could imagine for a trip to South Lake Tahoe. The views from the living room, master bedroom and hot tub could not be better. A huge open field looks out to the western mountain range above South Tahoe. We never even bothered to pull the curtains, as the distance between the home and all others provides a great sense of privacy. Nothing was out of place and it may have been the cleanest rental in which I have ever stayed. My compliments to RNR Vacation Rentals.

The house was perfect! We had 8 people and it was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pans and utensils we needed. The hot tub has the most specatular view. I was very relieved to know the description and pictures I viewed on the website proved true. The house was clean and very well maintained. We had one issue that was immediately addressed.

Perfect location, very comfortable home, and beautiful view. We didn’t want to leave the house! Hot tub and everything was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for a family with kids. We walked down the marsh trail to the secret marsh beach which was great fun especially in the snow.

The only drawback and the reason for not giving 5 stars is that the code that we were given did not work and we had to wait almost 25 minutes for someone to come to let us in. Of course this is everyone's nightmare so this is the reason. We had food that needed to be refrigerated so we were not happy campers at this point. Everything else was great! The furniture and beds were all comfortable and TV was user friendly and we were able to access Netflix with our code.

This house was great for our party of 10 women. The location was convenient and the view of the meadow was amazing. The only down side was the rather small kitchen. Luckily we ate out most of the time. Very clean, plenty of beds/rooms/bathrooms for all of us to have our own space.

Our family (two adults, two teenage kids) spent a week in Tahoe Retreat in April 2019. This rental home was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and we found the home to be clean and well cared for. We loved the view of the meadow and mountains in the distance, and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub or just gazing out of the windows in the family room and master bedroom and looking for wildlife. The house is also very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Great place to stay.

Such a beautiful home. Spectacular views of the meadow and Mt Tallac. Very clean, and plenty of space for the kids to play with easy access to the meadow from the yard. Hosts were quick to respond and all necessary information was available in the home. We would definitely recommend this home.

This home was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked! I absolutely love the neighborhood and love how coffee/restaurants, the beach, and a few other places are in walking distance. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING! The home backs up to a gorgeous meadow. We did see a bear, coyotes, and birds. The only down side to this home is the yard is not fenced for dogs and although it is a pet friendly property pets are not welcomed on furniture (which is understandable-the furniture is all in wonderful condition) or allowed in any of the bedrooms. I can get behind the furniture rule but not allowing dogs in bedrooms in a pet friendly property seems extreme to me.

R & R saved us. We were scheduled to rent another home that was not ready & it was dirty. This home was exceptional! Clean, comfy beds, great meadow view. I would recommend
