Tahoe Woods #203 at Stateline – Heavenly Slopes, Lake, Pets

We enjoyed our stay at RnR Vacation Rentals! We loved how spacious and comfortable the home was and that it was walking distance from all of the restaurants, casinos and activities! I highly recommend staying here :)

We visited the area and selected the property due to it's location to Heavenly mountain. Walk to the gondola was easy. Local restaurants were good and again, could walk to/from. Also drove to Kirkwood for two days. This was less than an hour away. House was clean, kitchen amenities were plentiful and made it easy to cook when we didn't want to go out for dinner. Highly recommend the property!

Three families stayed together - my parents and my family and my brother's family. We wish the fact that the place is up two flights of stairs was more prevalent - my father had a heart attack last december and that plus the elevation was very tough first day. However the space was great for 9 people (8 adults and one child) plus two dogs! We were able to eat at the same table, share the giant couch, and sleep well. The house is well equipped and while it is peaceful, it is a short walk to Heavenly Village, shops and restaurants. A 2 block walk to the Heavenly Gondola for ski and board access. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This place is walking distance to everything: the gondola, casinos, restaurants, clubs, shops, stores, etc. We had 8 people and it fit us very well. Clean, well-appointed, fully stocked kitchen plus outdoor grill on the balcony. RnR provided excellent instructions and communicated well. Highly recommend for a Tahoe stay!

The property was perfect.

Great central location to get to Heavenly gondola, the lake, tubing, dining and pretty much anywhere in the area. The unit was very clean and well-appointed. It was super comfortable for two families to enjoy, with private spaces for those working or resting away from other activities. Great home away from home for our trip. We loved the shuffleboard for some family games and fun competitive spirit! RnR provides timely and helpful texts to make our stay enjoyable.

Great ski condo for large family! Roomy couch sectional, equipped kitchen & super shuffle board. Ten minute walk to gondola -Day Lockers availble at Gondola for snow boots for $15-$25/day. (Ask nice and Marriott ski concierge will store your skis and snow board overnight!) Awesome eateries(Driftwood Cafe!) shopping galore! First time at Heavenly was awesome!

Great weekend near Stateline for New Year's eve celebration. Easy to walk to Heavenly Village for skiing and restaurants. Accommodations are very nice and clean. Pet Friendly for small dogs is a plus. Thanks for the memories.

This was perfect for our group. Had some young 20's kids that enjoyed sitting around table and playing games. Just a real great place that felt like home. Only a 5 min walk to gondola and skiing.

The location was wonderful and the home was exactly as pictured. We were unaware of the amount of stairs leading to our space which would have been helpful going into it, but overall a great experience and we’d be happy to stay here again next time we visit Tahoe.

The home was in great shape and everything was in good condition. The management company was very responsive. Best i have worked with so far.
The location is good and quiet but close to everything.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. This place was fabulous! The place was clean and well stocked. The location was great. We were able to walk downtown and not have to worry about driving. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with RNR was great. They texted me to see how our stay was going and to check if we needed anything. Great 4 bedroom condo.

It was awesome!

We really appreciated the exceptionally clean space this property afforded the eight of us. The Lime scooters next to the property made the short four blocks to Heavenly Village and the Casinos even shorter. Note their are three flights of stairs to the entrance but we all are in good shape and didn't mind a bit. The fourth bedroom is tiny and a bunk bed set up, however we did not mind. Great Livingroom common area. Gated small neighborhood, all felt safe. Very quite too. We all would gladly stay again.

Great, spacious, super clean and fully equipped apartment in a prime location. RnR were very responsive to our questions, the instructions were very clear and check in was easy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, including spices and you normally don't travel with but need for cooking. The apartment complex is very close to the gondola at Heavenly and we could easily walk there and to the lake. An overall great experience and we would definitely come back

Our stay was great. The place was clean and cozy. Great location. We were able to walk to heavenly with our gear and hop on gondala within 10 minutes. Lots of great places to shop and eat within walking distance. The area was safe and well maintained. Will 100% stay here again!

This is a centrally located condominium rental close to Heavenly Village, beach and restaurants. The property is as described online. It is a two-story unit but the entrance is on the third floor of the building.

We had a great time. The location was perfect and it was wonderful for two families.

The house was as advertised - well maintained and spacious enough to easily accommodate our nine family members. Even with all the snow (51 inches in 2 days), the streets in the community were constantly maintained. We loved that the property was close to the center as we were able to walk and enjoy all the New Year activities. The shuffleboard provided many hours of fun. Highly recommend.

The house was as advertised. We especially enjoyed the shuffleboard and had family tournaments. The location was perfect. During our visit, Tahoe had 51 inches of snow in two days. We were able to walk to shopping, dining and all the New Year Eve festivities when not convenient to drive. Great house for family time!

We stay in Tahoe at least 2 times a year and this is one of my favorite properties. Being walking distance from the village made the trip infinitely better and so fun! And the condo was pristine! It was perfect size for our group, so clean, and was very well stocked, and the garage to store our gear was really nice! The condos around us were booked with groups as well but we could not hear them at all from inside, but we also made some friends when were outside so that made it more fun. Thanks for having us, we would love to rent from you again!

Tahoe Woods is a beautiful new condo community and #203 did not disappoint! The garage to store our snowboarding gear was so helpful. And the condo was perfect! Everything was immaculate and so well stocked. We loved our time in the condo cooking, playing games and watching movies. It was also in the best location, even in the snow we were able to walk to the village for food, shopping, and snow. Thanks for having us, it was perfect, and we will be back!

Beautiful spot right in the center of Tahoe. We were able to walk to get food and coffee and go out easily. The host even came and checked we got in alright because there was heavy snow the day we arrived. Kitchen was well equiped and living room was great for a big group.

Great communication. They provided a pack in play last minute and were very responsive. Very clean and staged nicely upon our arrival. Location is amazing as it's blocks from the beach and from so many restaurants / shopping.

The house was perfect! It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was beyond exceptional for us. Location is just outside the main drag, so there was some noise with live music and street traffic at night, but not terrible. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was a great find and we would stay here again.

The home was just as advertised - the kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs, though we had an issue with the outdoor grill - but it wasn't a big problem. The location was great - an easy walk to Lakeside Beach, the Heavenly Gondola and shops, the casinos and other area attractions. The home was clean and the space worked out perfectly for our family. The property manager was responsive when we needed some extra items for our youngest grandson. We knew about the 3rd floor entry - so we were ready for it and it added to our "workout" each day. If we travel back to Lake Tahoe in the future, we would check to see if this place is available.

Clean, very roomy and well equipped! Location was perfect to all Heavenly shops and restaurants as well as the resort. No need to drive! Cost was fair. Shuffleboard provided a fun family tournament in a day of not so perfect weather. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was super comfortable, we were a group of five. The place is honestly massive and I could vision at least 8-10 people staying here comfortably. The kitchen is insane, so big with all luxurious amenities. The bedrooms were HUGE and we all had our own bathroom. It exceeded our expectations, honestly. We were so comfortable and loved coming back to this place after a day of skiing. We loved that we could walk to the gondola and also bars and restaurants. This was super important for us. Check in was so easy. The covered parking was wonderful and the garage was a plus to put our skis and snowboards in. I know lots of people complained about this being on the third floor and I could see where it would be taxing for older folks/people with mobility issues but we had no problem with this at all. This condo is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed, immaculately clean which is important to us. We even got to see a bear almost every night! The only thing that would make this property better is a hot tub, I think it would be the perfect addition to this complex! We loved Tahoe and honestly cannot wait to come back! Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

This is the third time my family has stayed here and each time we have a great experience. I've rented through other companies in Tahoe but RNR vacation rentals has been our best experience. They are so responsive and I can't rave enough about this rental. As long as you are comfortable going up two flights of stairs, you can't beat the location and the house is just so nice and updated. Highly recommend.

It’s in an excellent location and plenty of space. Our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed room. We loved the little community it was in and will definitely come back.

Overall, I can't complain about anything. Had a minor issue checking in, but there was help right away and we loved our trip. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The townhouse had more than enough space for our group of 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids). And the location was great! Short walk to Heavenly Village, the Gondola, and Raley’s. It was also just a short drive to Kahle Park for some fun sledding hills.

The home was clean, had everything we needed, and was a short walk to Heavenly Village. The check in and check out process was very easy. When our stay was delayed due to inclement weather, the property manager quickly notified us early in the morning before check in that we would not be able to check in that afternoon and promptly issued us a refund. Highly recommend this place and manager.

Amazing location. Walked to heavenly village every day. The air bnb was so cozy. The fireplace kept us super warm. Everything was so clean also. Would highly recommend staying here !

It’s a good stay with gated entry. It feels like you’re at your own home. No noise or disturbances and best part is you’re at a walking distance from everything.

This is the second year we have stayed at this rental and I'm sure we will come back next year! It's a great rental, amazing kitchen, comfortable beds, and you can't beat the location!

Clean and well-kept new construction property located in walking distance to Heavenly, casinos, and shopping. We would stay there again.

Space allowed family to gather in the great room and unwind in own rooms. Able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. For those with pets there is a circular dirt path just outside the fence line where Fido can stretch their legs.

If you’re looking for an amazing spot close to the beach, this is the place for you!

Very pleased to have stayed in a quiet part of town. Very close to the shops and casino. Clean, organized and overall a great experience for my family.

Always enjoy out stay . Great location. The only thing I was disappointed was there was animal hair in furniture.

The space was perfect for our groups ski weekend at Heavenly. Great open layout which was awesome for entertaining. The location is also ideal for skiing and walking to the village/casinos.

This condo was very spacious and comfortable for our party of 6 adults and 2 kids. Everything was sparkling clean and the location was perfect. It’s a short walk to Heavenly village where we spent a lot of our time. The condo’s shuffle board was also a big hit. Lake Tahoe is a beautiful area and we had a fantastic trip!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location was excellent. We had never been to Lake Tahoe so we weren't sure where to stay. After arriving we decided this was the perfect location. Kitchen is very well stocked with necessary items. I also appreciated that there were spices, K-cups, Stevia, etc available. Beds were pretty comfy, although I found the upstairs master to be oddly low to the ground. Only surprise is that it says pet friendly, but when you arrive there are signs saying pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture or you're subject to an additional cleaning fee. Our dog stays in her bed, but others may have wanted a heads up to bring a kennel to keep roaming dogs in while they are out of the condo. Would definitely stay here again! R&R does an excellent management job!

The condo was well located about 8 blocks from the Stateline ,Harvey’s and Harrahs, close to shops, trails, restaurants and stores, yet quiet, safe and a bit tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The place was clean and well equipped. I definitely noted the multiple coffee options ( Keurig, French press and a drip coffee maker. The men loved the shuffle board and board games. It was spacious and gave a good amount of privacy for our 6 guests. The property management was very helpful and responsive, but a little more outgoing when booking than I am used to.

This property was very nice! Room for 3 generations and different needs. I wouldn’t recommend for people who can not walk a flight of stairs. It was roomy and great for family meals yet everyone had their own space. My daughter did not bring her dogs at the last minute, which I was glad. Tahoe is not dog friendly. The beaches are beautiful. We visited 3 different ones. None of them could you bring your dog. We could walk to the Gondola and my family had fun but was shocked by food and even water prices. Bring your snacks and water containers. They have water fill stations at the top of the gondola. Grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance!

We had a wonderful time in Lake Tahoe. Our condo in Tahoe Woods was exactly what we'd hoped for. It was large, clean and even had an indoor shuffleboard table that was really fun. Everything is uploaded to an app with your passcode to the condo so it was very easy check in. Beds were comfortable. More than enough room for 6 people.

Beautiful and very clean condo. Perfect for the eight of us. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were very happy staying there.

It is so nice to enter a property and find that it is so well appointed in every way, and just like home. Only 2 blocks to the Heavenly Gondola, Starbucks and grocery shopping. All is walkable and close to the beach.
I would recommend a couple of things. Extra blankets and kleenex. Also, the upstairs master does not have a closet, so maybe a nice clothes rack to hang clothes on would be nice.
We loved it and will be back.

My family (7 adults and 2 dogs) went to Tahoe for our Thanksgiving holiday. We had an amazing time! We love Tahoe... there's so much to do from the mountains to the lake... and the rental was just perfect! It was the perfect size for our family, in a great location, and had everything we needed.

We couldn't have asked for more in a Labor Day weekend rental. The home is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and so conveniently located! We were able to walk everywhere - for coffee each morning, to the beach, and to Heavenly Village. The neighborhood/complex is quiet, which was perfect for us being in re-charge mode, and everything about check-in/check-out was simple and seamless.

We travel to Lake Tahoe often and decided to try South Shore this time. The house was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We walked almost every where. I would definitely recommend this house to stay.

Great comfortable place to stay. We had a group of 6 and we had plenary of room to spare. This place had everything you need. The grocery store, shopping, and restaurants is just a couple of block away. We will defentely come back here again.
