Really enjoyed our stay here - the kitchen + hot tub + amenities are excellent and the communication with the property managers was outstanding. Very comfortable!

Wonderful home to stay for the month of September. Comfortable furniture/beds and lots of seating available inside and outside. Management company kept in touch and assisted immediately with any issue or question. Kitchen supplied to be able to prepare family meals. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful outdoor space.

Outstanding rental...clean, modern, great location.

Only suggestion: Clean up the garage.

We had such a great experience, from beginning to end. They house was everything we could have asked for; probably, space, and amenities. It is close to shopping, restaurants and recreation! Every detail of the home was well thought out, and we had everything we could ask for at our fingertips!

We really enjoyed our second visit to Tahoe Awesomeness. Once again the house was very clean, well taken care of, and fully stocked. We love the location and would highly recommend this property. We appreciated that RnR gave us a credit since we were unable to use the hot tub due to the emergency water order Tahoe Keys implemented. It was nice we didn't have to request a credit, but that is was proactively provided. Great service and communication from RnR!

We loved this house! It was beautiful! Especially the backyard area with the dock. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning and large.

We enjoyed this house and amenities very much. R&R were very responsive and walking into the home upon arrival to the lovely sound of jazz music was a nice touch. The cleaning fee was a tad on the high side for all we had to do upon leaving. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

We had a very nice stay in this lovely and cozy home. The Property Management Company provided very good communication and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We will go through them again in the future.

I can't say enough about what a great time we had in Tahoe, the house, the location, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful view! Spent a lot of time just sitting on the deck, taking walks around the neighborhood, and driving around the lake. Nice and clean. An overall great place.

I would highly recommend this house to a group looking to have a good time in South Lake Tahoe. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies needed. Great view to the marina. Lots of room for sitting and hanging out. We had a small issue with the master toilet at it was responded to and solved right away. We would love to come back very soon to enjoy this place again.

Tahoe Keys can't be beat for immediate access to paddling in kayaks and SUPs (or a boat if you have one) as well as lots of fishing in your backyard. This provided a COVID-safe way for us to experience the water without experiencing crowded beaches. The cleaning and occupancy spacing approach was solid too (something I wouldn't typically mention, but in light of current circumstances seems useful in a review). House looks a bit bigger in the pics than you experience in reality (eg the two non-master bedrooms are pretty small and the kitchen and living room are smaller than you think), but it didn't impact our experience negatively. Noise carries on the water and the houses are all pretty close together and all back onto the water, so know before you go that you are likely not to have a quiet trip in the summer, but that didn't stop us from having a fab time. Access to private dock is the gold star here. We'd def go again :)

We stayed with our daughter and her family for a winter weekend. the location is excellent, hot tub and dock right outside the back door. Fabulous master suite with fireplace. The whole house is beautifully appointed, clean, and welcoming.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. It was very well appointed and very cozy for our family during the holidays. The property manager was great and all of our expectations were beyond met! We will definitely be seeking out this property again in the future. If you close your eyes and think of a modern cabin, with brand new appliances, on the water with a hot tub, and sleek fireplaces, covered in snow on a beautiful mountain, this is it. We came from Florida and loved it. Close to everything downtown South Lake Tahoe, close to restaurants, and right on water that leads to the lake itself. Check in was super easy. The place was perfect for my family and I. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

House and location were perfect!

We enjoyed this property on the Marina/Keys! Our family enjoyed the location and the close proximity to great restaurants and shops. The binder in the home with recommendations was very helpful. Home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we would come back.

Our adult family of four enjoyed our stay and we would certainly rent it again. Next time I would bring my own towels - they are a little stingy with towels. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. The BBQ was dirty when we got there, but after I called the manager they came out and cleaned it. The spa was a little disappointing. Only one jet worked. Would still go back. The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to hiking and Camp Richardson, where we like to hang out and rent all kinds of water crafts.

The house was comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. BBQ could be upgraded. 7 people was a good number to have at the house. Would definitely rent again. RnR were great to deal with from start to finish, A+ as a rental company. Thanks Aubrey.

We all really enjoyed our stay.
We loved the layout of the home and the dock and grounds were perfect for our needs.
We really like the fact that it was pet friendly and had plenty of fenced area for our dog.
The only negative was that they were doing construction next door,which started at 8am and the day prior to leaving was spent mostly indoors due to all the racket from the jack hammer to the rototiller.We could not enjoy the back yard until after 5 p.m.

Tahoe Awesomeness was an amazing home! Being on the water was very peaceful and calming. The home was very neat and clean and it was the perfect size for three adult couples. The only issue we had on our seven day trip was the oven did not work until the fifth day. We had bought food to cook in the oven and when the oven did not work, we improvised and changed things up. The property management company was very quick to respond and had a repairman come out and fix the issue. They get an A+!

Great house if youre looking for a place to rent with a boat in Tahoe Keys. We had 3 couples,and it was perfect. Kitchen has everything you need, and common spaces are large enough to comfortably hang out in. Nice back patio with plenty of chairs. Hot tub is right off patio; we didnt use it, but it looks brand new. There is nothing negative to say about the place; we would stay here again for sure.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Tahoe Awesomeness. The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The place was very nicely furnished and tidy. The only thing that would have made it better is if there were some kayaks or paddleboards available to enjoy being on the lake. The property's location was perfect, close to all the parks and hiking areas. We never needed to use the property management, but reserving the property was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Lake Tahoe, and hope that perhaps I can return again myself. Thanks for having such a fine place available, I would give it 5s all around.

Could not have picked a more beautiful house to rent. We can not wait to return. Although we did have an injury on the slopes, RnR was extremely hospitable and provided us with options for a late check out!
