We spent this past MLK weekend up in South Lake Tahoe and were beyond happy with our decision to stay at Lakeland, and at this property in particular. The views of the lake and snow capped mountains just from the back patios were breathtaking. We had our toddler with us so the convenience of being able to step out onto your “backyard” for fun in the snow and quickly back in for snacks and nap time was priceless. I appreciated the organized communication from the property manager, RnR, very much. As a disclaimer, this unit does have quite a few stairs. Though we rented a baby gate, it didn’t quite work well with the ornate railing. So we did spend a lot of time trying to barricade the area or following our toddler around so he wouldn’t accidentally tumble down in his exploration.

We loved this unit! It was cozy and comfortable with the most amazing view!

This was a family retreat to just spend time with our adult children. We also scheduled a family photo session right there on the was perfect! We spent a rainy day indoors cooking a fabulous meal in the fully stocked kitchen. We also did puzzles and played games as there were so many to choose from! We slept wonderfully in the comfy beds. So close to everything "Tahoe" It was truly a wonderful stay!

Absolutely breathtaking views right on the lake. Please do yourself a favor and wake up to watch the sunrise. I will be staying here again for sure.

The unit was sparkling clean and beautifully appointed with a cabin theme. The great room was perfect for playing games and being together. The lake is literally off the back patio. What can i say… 610 Lakeland Village was perfect. It was like home from home, with all the amenities needed. The condo backed right onto the lake and each day we woke up to the most panoramic views and some friendly Canadian Geese. We heard so many stories about Bears in Tahoe, and we were hoping to see one (safely of course). Turns out that one Bear decided to stop under our neighbours porch for two evenings. He slept all day, and rolled out (not bothering anyone) around 8:30pm. Its was such an amazing thing! Lakeland was located pretty centrally to shops, restaurants and activity centres. We had the best holiday here and would definitely return.

Delightful spot in the beach. Right across the street from Whole Foods. In pretty close to Safeway. Super easy to get around.

The condo is amazing! Open the back door and you are on the lake and beach with amazing views. The kitchen is very well stocked and the location is very central to all the activities Lake Tahoe has to offer. The rental company is very responsive and the check in / out process was easy. Will stay there again.

A well appointed condo in an excellent location in South Lake Tahoe. Would rent again without a doubt.

We booked this condo for a few days midweek after my husband and oldest son were in Reno for Nationals bowling. Previous trips had been during the winter for skiing so this is the first summer trip we have made to Tahoe and the first time to rent a condo there. This condo was a perfect location on the water with an amazing beach right out the back door. As well, the condo was very well stocked with anything you can imagine needing in the kitchen as well as games, beach toys, grill, and tons of extra blankets. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable and the furniture is well appointed. The location of the condo was perfect and one can easily walk to stores or restaurants. The area was quiet and well managed including chairs being neatly set up on the beach every morning. Enjoy your coffee or drinks on the back deck while gazing at Lake Tahoe. I would book this condo again without a doubt. Thanks so much!!

Stayed here to celebrate our son’s wedding. What a great place to wake up to each morning and enjoy our morning coffee on the deck with close-up views of the lake and stunning mountains. Home was clean, well-stocked,and beautifully decorated. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping.We woudl not have asked for a better place to stay!

The Unit was fantastic and the location amazing.

Condo is beautiful and spacious in a great location right on the lake. It had every possible amenity and everything was in first rate shape upon arrival. Just wish we weren’t in a blizzard for most of our stay but can’t blame the owners for that :-). Though it did make for a beautiful winter wonderland.

The location and view was amazing. A real kitchen with everything we needed and more (which was very important with a child with special dietary issues). Access and instructions were simple and clear. We are definitely coming back!!

We loved the South Lake Tahoe condo. We came here for our daughter's wedding and found the condo to be in a beautiful location (right on the beach) with a nice layout and plenty of sleeping accommodations. We even got to see the famous bear cub, Boo Boo (although at about 500 lbs he isn't exactly a cub anymore, LOL). The management company was professional and very easy to deal with. Overall, we loved this rental and will be back!

This house was wonderful for our family. Right on the water, great proximity to restaurants, hiking, the pools, tennis, and activities.

We have stayed at many places at Lakeland Village, but this is our top pick! The view was absolutely incredible. This is the definition of relaxing, staying in this unit. Unfortunately we are spoiled forever and will never want to stay in another unit! Check in and check out was amazingly simple. When the water heater went out, they had someone at our place within 45 minutes to light the pilot light. This place was immaculately clean and spotless. The unit had everything you could ever possibly want. Thank you R N R and thank you to the owners for having such a beautiful place❤️

Very clean! We loved this place. Had everything you could ever need. Only comment I have is the rug and outdated furniture in the living room have got to go, too much furniture in a small space. Not a negative review just a thought! We will definitely be coming back to this place, one of my favorite rentals in Tahoe!

We had a wonderful time , as always. This was our second time in this unit,although we have been coming to Lake Tahoe since my daughter was 8 ,she is now 46. We have stayed in Lakeland village most of those years. We love this unit to wake up every morning, sit on the deck with coffee and enjoy the peaceful lake, and the same in the evenings. Love watching the grandkids be able to walk out to the water with there paddle boards or we enjoy the beach. We usually bike, hike , river raft and bring a puzzle to last us the hole trip. The unit is very comfy and well kept.Everything you need is there. The mattresses are getting a little lumpy, but we are so lucky to be able to enjoy all of this.Thank you

We loved the site. The view of the lake was outstanding. The complex was everything I wanted for all the family. My 10 yr grandson said he was sleeping in a castle. Perfect location for activities like miniature golf and bike rentals. Kitchen well stocked , linens and towels were plenty. Must come back.

This house was amazing!! All the amenities that were provided were well thought out and very useful. The location was beyond perfect!! I would highly recommend this home and if you are looking for a great place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. You can find everything within walking distance and the sunset views on the beach are picture perfect!!

Great location, perfect place to just hang-out and simply relax. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Literally steps from the Lake. Short walk/drive to shops, live music, restaurants, Heavenly gondola. Will look forward to renting this place again someday.

This home has a spectacular view of the lake as well as a beach on which to play. All rooms were well furnished and clean. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, Crate and Barrell dishware, etc. Our family had a fabulous time celebrating my milestone birthday. The location is great as it is in walking distance of restaurants and a short distance from ski lift, bike rentals, etc.

This is our second time staying at this location and it only got better! Such a great place to stay with so much to do for the family! We absolutely love this place and we are making it our annual vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were right on the lake and 10 minutes from the California base of Heavenly. Just beautiful. Our coffee pot didn't work when we got there so we contacted the management company. It was tough coordinating, but after two mornings we did get a new coffee pot. We didn't have coffee for two mornings so that was no fun. However, that was just minor to us. We throughly enjoyed the home. One question I would like to know though, is why do we have to empty all the trash cans in the house? We paid a very nice fee in the rental agreement for cleaning services after we leave. Seems like that should be included in the cleaning services.

R&R upgraded us to this unit after spending a heatless night in a different unit. This particular unit is a five star accommodation. Beautiful unit, nicely decorated with beautiful views of the lake which is only a few steps away. Would definitely try to rent this unit again if I am ever in South Lake Tahoe.

The condo is in a great location and was clean. It is tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful visit to Lake Tahoe. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the living room is spectacular. We will definitely stay here again.

Having grown up in south Tahoe, unit #610 represents the best of everything. It's close to outdoor activities, shopping, restaurants, casino's and a great place for the family, not to mention right on the beach. Enjoy your stay!

This home is beautifully kept! We’ll stocked perfect for a family trip! Beds were very comfortable. Views and lake access made it the perfect vacation home.

We were thrilled and impressed with this gorgeous residence. It was above and beyond our expectations. Small touches everywhere made us feel at home. Updated, lake front, very welcoming and not austere. Super clean and we could all hang out and be together under one roof. Slept 8 comfortably, and we played games and cooked everyday. We are coming back next year! RnR was so responsive and Katie couldnt be friendlier. Thank you for the laughter and memories.

If you are looking to be right on the beach, you want to be here. Steps from the sand. If you don't like the feel of sand on your toes, the views are unbelievable from the deck or inside the house.

Inside the condo has everything you need and you can tell they spent time and money decorating.

We stayed here for my birthday and shared it with another family and it was amazing! My husband said we are ruined now because it was so convenient being right on the beach. We didn't have to wake up early and pack a cooler and go try to find a parking spot. We just walked out the door and down to the water!

RnR was fantastic! Upon booking, they reached out, introduced themselves and made sure I had their info for questions as the trip approached. They responded to questions in a timely fashion and were extremely helpful! Our property was perfect, which it should have been for the price. :) I will definitely use RnR again. Everyone had a great experience.

Beautiful, clean, and right on the lake. This will be our go to vacation rental in Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to marina, casinos, groceries, night life, coffee houses, dining, shopping.... pretty much everything we’re interested in. Of course, also within driving distance of everything!

Location on the lake can’t be beat. These are condos probably built in the 80s but are nicely maintained. This unit in particular has been nicely updated and is very comfortable and clean. It was hard to leave.

Gorgeous house and views . Extremely Clean abs had every appliance needed . Would stay here again for sure.

This is a great property. It was right off the lake, close to dining options, ski resorts and shopping. We had everything we needed including toys for our littlest one.

We all were very pleased with the accommodations. Clean, spacious with a spectacular view. Although we were given parking passes( we only used one) parking was at times scarce around the property. That was the only negative, otherwise a great experience.

I love the property location, our kids enjoyed outside snow and had access to the beach. It was a clean place, and everything was easy to operate. We are planning to go back next year to the same house if possible. I would recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient access to everything around the lake. The home is spacious and was immaculate (giving us a sense of security in these uncertain times). Everything you could possibly want is in the kitchen - well stocked with spices and little things like olive oil, etc.. We took our kayak out on the lake a couple of times and it was so convenient being right on the beach. We shared our breakfast and coffee every morning at that little table by the windows. It was delightful. The fireplace is not only nice for ambiance but warms the room quite well. Very quiet both day and night. We just loved this place and would rent it again without hesitation!

You really don't need to bring a thing. It was also very convenient to have a New Whole Foods market directly across the street.

This condo was such a joy to stay in. In fact, we did not want to go anywhere. So, for two days, we enjoyed the views, walks, talks, wine and dining and even a little shopping. It's worth the price!

This review is based on unit 610. The kitchen is great, updated and a good size. We were right on the lake, so the views were amazing. We rented for a girls trip and the unit fit our group perfectly. There were two floors and a loft bedroom at the very top (kind of like a 3rd floor). I would say we enjoyed the living room and the fireplace really made our trip special. The deck was nice as well. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I'd say the only downside was all the geese poop on the beach - it was everywhere.

What a wonderful place--lots of room, modern appliances, lots of thoughtful touches, and right on the lake. The house is big enough, and nice enough, to hold the two of us, and both of our daughters, their husbands, and our grandchild--making for a memorable week right on the lake. We did it last year, and it was so terrific that we signed up again. And now we're ready for a third. Looking forward to it...

We visited South Lake Tahoe at the end of July for a family vacation. The minute I walked through the back door I knew this was going to be a great stay. The condo was perfect. Very roomy, clean, and lots of extras. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to many restaurants, stores, and boat rentals. I hope to be back again at this same spot someday.

We could not have picked a better spot for our family of 6. The pictures accurately depicted this beautiful home - the lake is steps out your back patio! The location was wonderful - walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants - even the grocery store was w/i walking distance. The property was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was better stocked than my own home! The mgmt company provided great service to us and we definitely plan to return. We enjoyed the activities on the water as well as beautiful hikes. Truly a perfect vacation and a perfect home for our stay!

Stunning views beautiful sunsets spectacular lake! Bedrooms perfect kitchen perfect location perfect everything perfect. The only thing I would recommend is to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the air flow is poor

This was a wonderful experience.our group was w adult couples who had never been to Make Tahoe. We're overwhelmed with the beauty of the area. The home was situated right o the Lake. The was no road noise, even though South Lake Tahoe is quite busy with traffic. The home was stocked with all the basics to get us stsrted. A quick trip to the grocery store down the street filled in any blanks and we were settled in for a relaxing stay.

This house was exactly what the pictures show! The view was priceless, the location couldn't have been better and it comes with absolutely everything you could need. We will defiantly be back!

Beautiful place, perfect location, well equipped, awesome view, great ambience

The condo we rented was excellent: THE VIEW and proximity to the lake, clean, spacious, plenty of private bathrooms, stocked kitchen (not of old useless tools that rentals sometimes have, but stocked with what you "know what it is and used for", ambience lighting, fireplace, cable TV, wifi, washer and dryer, ample parking, etc. Awesome place, walkable to town (about a mile), and close to everything Lake Tahoe has to offer.

The accommodation was everything as advertised and more! The view was amazing and looking at the advertised view is exactly as you see it when walking into the home. Parking was plentiful and just metres from the front door, some restuarants were within walking distance although cooking at the house was easy with all basics, such as herbs, condiments and abundance of cooking utensils available in kitchen cupboards. The key code system on the door made check in easy and meant everyone had access without having to worry about keys. This accommodation just added to a wonderful experience in beautiful Lake Tahoe!

We stayed at The Lakeland Village in Decembrr 2018, and it was the perfect place to stay. It couldnt have been better.The home is just a few steps away from the beach so we could hear the waves. The home itself is brandly renewed so everything was clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped (better than what we expected by the pictures and description). Better than my own home. What an incredible view! Loved all the games too!!We will be back next year!!!

It was relaxing, enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The home had everything and it was really comfortable. I totally recommend this place and plan to go back. LOVED IT. Best stress free Mothers Day ever. Our stay was for a reunion of 4 women that have known each other for 54 years, since childhood. This was our reunion destination and we probably couldn't have chosen a more perfect place.
When we first entered we were in awe of our view, our close proximity to the water and the stunning house. It was a spacious, beautiful, cozy, clean, charming place to hang out in, sitting around and sharing and remembering our past. Definitely recommend a stay here. Everything you need.
