Great space for my family which was a mix of adults and children. The house was much larger than expected and had a ton of space. Kitchen was well stocked for us cooking most nights! 3 bathrooms were fantastic for the 3 families that all stayed together. Hot tub is always a nice touch. We were pretty central for going to Kirkwood, Adventure Mountain, and Heavenly Village. Would rent here again!

great place to stay if you want to be right near the highway but further away from the resorts. stll accessible but gave a more relaxing environment.

Came to Tahoe to ski and explore the area. The house is well layed out. An easy 15 min drive into town for restaurants, activities, and also to the California Lodge at Heavenly Valley Ski area. The property management company is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend this home for families, friends.

Stayed here with friends from college and our infant son and dogs. Fenced yard was the perfect size for our pets and the yard felt very secure. The space worked great for our group. No one felt like they were on top of each other and everyone had their own room. The floors are definitely a bit squeaky so with kids or babies that might be sensitive to noise, that could be an issue. Easy to get to Heavenly and the lake. Quick access to restaurants. Overall, a great house and location!

This was a great house with lots of room and amenities. Pool table was perfect for our Pool Tournament . Cozy and very clean.

We had a great time in this beautiful house with plenty of space, all the utensils and tables stakes you need, and just a short ride away from South Lake Tahoes’s beautiful hikes and beaches. An easy recommendation for any larger group or big family.

My family of four stayed here for a week with my in-laws and brother-in-law. It was a great home base in the South Lake Tahoe area. We especially enjoyed the pool table and hot tub! The only negatives were that the wood floors were very loud/creaky, and the downstairs mattress next to the kids room was uncomfortable. Overall, the property was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location… close enough to town & ski resorts, but in a nice residential area. We chose because it was spacious.. giving us & our 2 adult children with mates enough space & privacy! We also chose because of amenities: pool table & jacuzzi & that gave us lots of fun & relaxation in the evening hours. Views of mountains from balconies were gorgeous! We would rent again!

Really enjoyed this spacious home in a location close to activities, but located in quiet residential neighborhood. Reason we chose was location but also the fun amenities: pool table & jacuzzi... which our adult children used in the evenings after a day of snowboarding & hiking. We would definitely rent again!

We had lovely 5 days in AirBnB. It was centrally located, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. House was very clean. We had wonderful time with our dog.

RnR was amazing. We had originally booked a different location to stay and they couldn't accommodate us so they upgraded us to this location. This home was in a prime location easy access to heavenly. The home has been kept up. Was clean and so bright. The beds where comfortable to sleep in and we had so much room for family time. I would recommend this home to anyone. I usually take sheets to place on top of couches, but you can tell they keep up with all the cleaning.

February of 2023 we hit Tahoe for our 16th annual guys ski and snowboard trip and this place made all the difference. Beds for everyone. Clean. Easy access and clean up to allow for more time on the mountain with friends. We hit Heavenly, Palisades, and Kirkwood all from this location and it worked well for all 3.

A nice place to stay . The master bed is SO comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked, made cooking easy. Large garage, able to fit our Expedition Max and another vehicle. Overall, it was a lovely home.

The process from booking to checking in was so easy and the response time on any email or calls is always quick and courteous. We have come to Tahoe for many years for our family vacation. This is our 2nd year staying in this house and it was great to come back to a familiar place. The house was very clean. The kitchen has great storage and everything you need to make great meals. Only suggestions would be to bring your own pillows if you are staying in the master and The back yard and path to the hot tub could use a little love. Other than these few minor things, this was a perfect home for another great vacation!

This house was perfect for our large family. There was plenty for us to do and places to sleep. The property was very clean and they were responsive to issues and requests we had. Great rental!

This was our first family vacation which consisted of 12 members, ranging from 14 to 73 years old. The property was in great condition and location and was stocked with all we could need. The pool table was a great hit and everyone loved the balconies. Rooms were large with adequate storage space. The kitchen was adequate but there wasn't much storage space for the snacks we brought with us, so a lot of the counter space was taken up. The pool table needs to be shifted a little to allow optimum playing. With such a large family, the sofa was not adequate enough to seat all of us but there were chairs (although not as comfortable) that were available. The hot tub was fabulous. The only recommendation would be to have adequate lighting at night as we couldn't see anything. The backyard itself was disappointing. It was covered with weeds and major ant hills. It would be lovely to have had a place where we could sit outside in the yard and enjoy a firepit. Overall though great stay, would book again.

Went for a friends weekend early summer, 6 adults 2 toddlers. Really enjoyed our stay, house was beautiful (mountains right from the balcony / windows), convenient to everything in the pope beach / South Lake Tahoe area

We really enjoyed our weekend in Tahoe and this house exceeded our expectations… the home was very clean and the remodeled kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, the hot tub was enjoyed as well as the pool table. The individual space heaters kept the bedrooms toasty at night and the gas fireplace in the living room was so cozy. The backyard was great for snow play. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and roomy! Plenty of room for us and our 6 kids! Lots of snow around the house to play in. Thank you! We will be back!

Overall experience was great. The house was a perfect getaway to have for skiing at Tahoe. Only improvement I would recommend is clearing a path to the hot tub. It was not cleared and was basically a dangerous block of ice to walk on. Again, overall experience with this rental was great.

We stayed with 6 kids (toddlers + babies) and 6 adults. It was an amazing stay. Super clean, well stocked, super conveniently located to the grocery store (walking distance).

This house was great! We enjoyed our time very much.

Everything good and clean. Only issue was that all sliding glass door screens were difficult to open and close. Suggestion also for new bed pillows. Otherwise always a nice open bright house.

We really enjoyed the property. Clean, plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. More bath towels would be nice. Hot tub was fun and easy to use. The only negative was the local ordinances that seem designed to keep renters away. I had to take a conference call at 9:00 am eastern time. It would have been nice to do it on the deck, but I was afraid of violating the quiet hours.

It was a wonderful property to vacation at with my wife. It was clean and well maintained. It wasn't too far from everywhere we wanted to go around South Lake Tahoe and offered many amenities which made our trip very special. It was a little warm at night during the summer although they provided plenty of floor fans to keep us cool.

Our family had a great stay -the entire family enjoyed the house - the hot tub was a plus. It is located close to shops and different attractions.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was further from lake and casino than we expected. It was overall a clean home except there was a huge ball of black hair in the master shower. Was pleased to see there was a jet tub until I turned it on and brown debri came out of the jets and when I inspected the jets they were moldy. All but two of the beds in the house were very uncomfortable. While the house was aesthetically pleasing it was a very noisy house for those who slept downstairs. Every step taken was heard downstairs.

We had a great time at this house. It was very clean but we did have a problem with dishwasher. Management came but was unable to fix it. Great views from all windows. Will definitely come again.

Wonderful vacation!

I have been disappointed on a number of occasions with Tahoe VRBOs, so I had low expectations coming into this one. But one thing I immediately loved about this place was that it was managed by a property management company. They were on top of it from day 1. I really appreciated how organized they were, which also made me feel confident that this place would be as described. When we arrived, check-in was seamless. The place was actually so clean that we were able to walk around with no shoes on. They do ask that shoes be taken off, which is how we live as well, so to be able to walk around barefoot in the home was very nice! The kitchen had nearly everything we needed, the dining table was large, the living room was comfortable, the pool table was fun for everyone, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and all in all everyone had a great time. We would definitely rent this place again!

Amazing house. It's huge and sparkling clean! The location is also convenient, but not as rural as we hoped it would be, but the neighborhood is quiet, so it was a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The house is large and accommodating for big groups. 1 bedroom on main living level if you have someone who don't use stairs easily. You will have to take stairs up to door and then short flight to living area. Lots of bedding items, fans, dishes, utensils, and towels. Big hot tub and it was clean and modern. The view is beautiful and there are tons of windows to enjoy it from. Hot water is extremely hot, I think they could turn it down just a little. All in all the house lived up to expectation and would definitely rent again.

This rental is very clean, large and up to date. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes/utensils, fans, towels and extra bedding. Hot tub was clean and modern with a nice view. The house has lots of windows and the views are beautiful. Nice location and very quiet. Hot water is extremely hot....beware. All in all this is a great rental for large groups at a decent price.

We were three families traveling together and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was convenient. The home was equipped with all essentials needed for our stay. The property management company was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond to a few items that needed attention.

We had such an amazing time in this home. It had everything we needed and was a short walk away from a local grocery store, sledding, and skiing/snowboarding. Such a beautiful home in a perfect location led to a wonderful trip. We plan to make this house a yearly location for us to stay at. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

This cabin is amazing. My family and I have rented this cabin 2 snow seasons now. The cabin is in such a convenient location, has a hot tub & pool table for entertainment, has been clean and cozy both years we've stayed! We plan on renting again come next winter!

Extremely clean, stylish and fully loaded. The kitchen was large and well stocked. So much so our family of nine cooked every night but one. Large enough to hang out together or find a quiet spot to retreat. Bedrooms are all very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are very up to date.
Pool table and hot tub are nice amenities and there’s beautiful views of the mountains.
The downstairs bedrooms are chilly but space heaters are provided.
WiFi was sketchy but we stayed over the holidays. Wasn’t too bothersome since we were having great family time.

The Blackfoot Family Estate was the perfect home to celebrate our 20th wedding Anniversary in Lake Tahoe with family and friends! The central location made it easy to travel to the many area attractions, but come home to a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the gorgeous weather while sitting on the decks. The cool breezes filled the home as we spent family time playing pool and enjoying the privacy in the hot tub. The home was clean with great amenities and we would gladly stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Overall, this was the perfect location and we loved the house!
We had an issue with the fridge, or so we thought. We had already loaded the fridge with 4 days worth of food, and the fridge was not cooling. We worried so we called RnR immediately. They said to wait but gave us coolers and ice in case it didn’t work. Turns out we needed to be a bit more patient as it needed the night to get going, but RnR went above and beyond to ensure our food wouldn’t spoil, thank you!
P.s add a broom to the house please. Home was equipped with everything except a broom which I thought was weird.

Absolutely wonderful staying at Blackfoot Family Estate! Very family friendly -- our kids loved the large open space and playing in some of the leftover snow from the winter season. The house was also extremely close to a gas station, grocery store, eateries, and lots of mom-n-pop shops. It was also less than 15 mins from Adventure Mountain Lake Tahoe (where we went sledding). Internet speed was surprisingly fairly fast, which is always nice. RnR staff members were exceptional in their customer service. Highly recommend for families who simply want to getaway for a bit!

House was spotless and had more than enough towels, pillows, soap, dishes etc. The location is about 15 minutes from Heavenly and major stores and restaurants. There is a gas station and small market within walking distance which is very convenient. Everything was labeled and easy to use. Highly recommend!

By far this is one of the nicest holiday homes I have ever stayed in. Very well kept, nice amenities (kitchen facilities amazing compared to other rentals), comfortable bedding and linens, and great location. The location was perhaps not as nice as the other properties I have stayed at in Tahoe that back up straight to the forest. You could hear road/highway noise, but it didn’t bother us. It was perfect for two families of 3-4 and one set of grandparents (9 total) for a week. The place felt very open and spacious, and we weren’t on top of one another at all. Glad there were fans because it was pretty hot the week we stayed (mid-July). The pool table was a real hit too.

This is a great place to stay and a super house. Hot tub is right in the back of the house, and the upstairs has a big open area with the kitchen/living/dining area - so there is lots of area for a group to socialize. We had a great ski trip!

A group of us spent 4 nights here for a mountain biking trip, and absolutely loved the house and location. Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us!

Arriving we were very impressed on how clean the property was. My friends and I are very particular and we notice everything so it was nice to see everything spotless and towels smelling clean. The only down side that upset us was the fact that there was no air conditioning and only one fan was provided. My friend also found a mercenary pocket knife with the blade out in between the cushions of the couch because she laid down and it was poking her.
